Simply, Amazing

Wow. I don’t even know where to start. The area is beautiful. The house was amazing. Our host Brittany was great. She answered all our questions , and was very attentive to our needs and wants. The resort amenities were amazing. The pool is great, the lazy river was peaceful and the bar was an added bonus ! I can’t even begin to get into how beautiful the house was. 3 families. 9 people. 5 kids. And they were in their rooms and playing and it wasn’t noisy! The pool was beautiful and fit our needs. The house had everything from pots and pans to cups and plates and lots of storage! Big screen tvs everywhere , with all the things needed. Honestly , it was a perfect house! Once again, Brittany was the best! Thank you, we can’t wait to come back aloha

Fab villa

Holiday of a Lifetime

Where do i start here? First holiday in 5 years due to having a wee boy and covid etc and what a place to stay. The villa was unbelievable. Was perfect for the first family get together in 5 years. Brittany couldnt be more helpful and was the perfect host from start to finish. Nothing was too much for her and any questions were answered instantly. We had an issue where the coffee machine broke, i raised this with Brittany and there was a new coffee machine delivered to the villa in 2hrs. We couldnt believe it . The resort is amazing and the facilitys were second to none. Every room had its own ensuite and shower which was perfect for our group. The pool was perfect with my son in and out every day. Easy travelling distance to all parks and plenty of shops and amenities close by. If you are thinking of booking this, stop thinking and JUST BOOK!!!! You wont regret it.

Perfect place to do Disney from

Great location and the home was clean and had lots of space for my 3 grandkids and daughter and son-in-law as for us- the grandparents too. The community amenities were great as was the home pool. Communication with owner and property manager was excellent and issues that arose were resolved and taken care of. I would rent this property again without hesitation. Very enjoyable holiday.

Perfect vacation home

So glad I booked this house for our Florida vacation. The house was super clean, spacious and we had plenty of fun and relaxation. The private pool was amazing, our kids had so much fun playing in that. TVs in every room, wifi was great, AC was nice and cold. The community pool was super fun, not overly crowded and was great to have to mix things up. There is a free arcade which mg kids took advantage of.The property manager was great and communicative. She got back right away on any questions we had and accommodated us when we asked for an early check in for our red eye flight - which was a life saver. If we head back out this way again, I will for sure book this house again! Thanks so much!

Beautiful home!

Great house, great location! Pool temp was great and we love the amount of bathrooms and bed rooms. House temp was a bit warmer than we keep it, we like Antarctica temps for sleeping. We will for sure book again in the future.

Outstanding Choice!

From start to finish, Aloha Oasis was an outstanding choice for our annual Florida vacation. The 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom home was perfect for our family of 7. Brittany has done an incredible job on the decor and special touches in this home. Our favourite details included the upstairs living room for our teenagers, the outdoor flat screen TV, and the spacious bathrooms that accompanied each bedroom. Windsor Hills was always our go to resort for vacation but Windsor Island was a welcome change. The lazy river was a popular amenity for our children, along with the nearby Twistee Treat! Brittany was so accommodating and her responsiveness and communication prior to and during the trip was hands down, the best we’ve ever experienced. PERFECT VACATION HOME

LOOK NO FURTHER, if you want the perfect Florida vacation home to enjoy sun and fun! The house at 1226 Aloha Blvd on Windsor Island Resort was exactly as stated in the description and shown in the pictures on the website. The house was beautifully decorated and fully furnished with more than everything to suit our needs. The 5 bedrooms offered spacious and comfortable sleeping accommodations for our party of 7. It was an added bonus that all the bedrooms had their own private ensuites. Without hesitation it was the best house and property that we have had the pleasure to stay at in any of our previous vacations to the area. No neighbours behind us and a southwest facing backyard/pool allowed for private afternoons in full sun into the evening. It was perfect area to BBQ, dine or lounge poolside as the sun set. It was located within a 5 minute walking distance to the clubhouse/pool where we enjoyed all the amenities at no extra charge. The resort is ideally located close to shopping, restaurants and attractions such as Disney, Universal Studios, etc. This was also a very pleasant booking experience with actually being able to communicate with the owner directly. She was very helpful and prompt answering all our questions making us feel at ease with booking her house. She was only an email or phone call away for anything during our stay. We had a very comfortable stay and an amazing vacation. Our experience was second to none and we will definitely be booking this location with this owner again. Thanks Brittany!

Home from Home - just perfect

We’ve been visiting Florida every year for over 20 years. Before Covid struck we had rented from the same owner for over 10 years but sadly due to the pandemic they had to sell up. This left us wondering who to rent from, what company do we trust with our money, and is the villa in the picture actually the one you’ll stay in. We emailed lots of different companies and websites, and asked lots of questions as we were hoping we could find an honest, reliable and trustworthy owner who we could continue renting from. Brittany replied to all my questions almost immediately, no question was off the table even down to how old are the beds as there’s nothing worse than a worn out mattress that dips in the middle. It soon became apparent that Brittany was the proud owner of a wonderful luxurious villa, the booking process was simple and we received all the details promptly by email. The resort is a 24 Hour Manned Gated Community with a Clubhouse with Fitness Center that has a Children's Splash Pad, Sports Courts, Full Service Concierge & Activities Director on hand along with Dual Water Slides and a Community Playground, you really have everything you need in the resort.The security staff at the gated entrance were polite and friendly and were there 24 hrs a day doing routine patrols throughout the day & night. The villa is in a superb location not overlooked and backs onto a huge retention pond (this was still empty when we went as they were still building). The villa is immaculate and spotless clean, it has everything you could wish for, we cooked several times in the villa and didn’t need any additional pots/pans/utensils as everything you need was there. The TV’s are huge, super comfy sofa and beds, fast wifi, there’s literally nothing you need. We encountered a couple of small niggles which were dealt with by the management company immediately, Brittany was always on hand if we needed any additional info, all in all probably the best rental home you’ll stay in - I can’t recommend Brittany and her amazing villa enough, if it’s available for your dates just book it you won’t regret it.
