Villa Dillon Way is a detached, 3-bedroom villa situated in the quiet residential community of Westridge. Close to highway 27 and I4 interstate, Disney World is just a 15 minute drive away. The property is fully air conditioned and offers 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and spacious lounge/dining area. After a tiring day at the parks you can cool off in the fully screened 28ft x 14ft private swimming pool, which or just relax in the shade of the large covered poolside area (lanai). Within a few minutes’ drive from Villa Dillon Way you will find a supermarket, petrol station, bank and several restaurants/take-aways. For golfers, there are several excellent courses, such as Champions Gate and Highlands Reserve, within easy reach.
The villa has a spacious, open plan living / dining area with patio doors leading out to the pool area. There are 2 comfortable sofas, one of which can be made into a sofa bed. For your entertainment, the villa is equipped with a 50” plasma TV, Cable package, Xbox 360 with Kinect (plus a selection of games) and Blu-Ray player.
The well equipped kitchen has an oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, waste disposal unit, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, plus all the crockery and cutlery you will need.
Just off the kitchen, there is a separate utility area with large washing machine and separate dryer.
The dining area has a large table and 6 chairs.

Spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, queen size bed, 32” LCD TV with cable, clock radio, large walk in closet, document safe and patio doors providing direct access to the pool area.
The villa also has 2 further bedrooms, one with queen size bed and the other with 2 twins. Both rooms have 22” LCD TV’s with cable, alarm clock and plenty of closet space.
For your comfort, there are ceiling fans in each bedroom.

The en-suite bathroom has a bath, separate shower cubicle, hand basin / vanity unit with large mirror, hairdryer and WC.
The villa also has a family bathroom which has a bath with overhead shower, hand basin / vanity unit with mirror, hairdryer and WC.
The villa has a fully screened private swimming pool, which measures 28ft x 14ft, perfect for cooling off after a tiring day at the parks! There is also a large covered patio area (lanai) with table, chairs and sun loungers.
The villa is situated on a large corner plot on a quiet residential street. There is parking for 2 cars on the driveway.

There is a highchair & stroller available in the villa at no extra charge. Pack 'n Play cots can be provided by our management company upon request for a small fee.
The villa is located in the quiet, well maintained community of Westridge, just off U.S. 27 in Davenport. Westridge is conveniently located between Highway U.S. 192 and the I-4 Interstate. Both highways are within a 10 minute drive, offering easy access to all of Orlando’s theme parks and attractions. There are excellent local amenities nearby including a Publix supermarket, petrol station, pharmacy, bank with ATM. There is also a 24-hour Walmart supermarket just 10 minutes' drive away.

Prices are for the property per week in US dollars. Pool heating is available between October - April at an additional cost. A discount is applicable for stays over three weeks or very last minute bookings
Changeover day is flexible. The villa is available after 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

This home was comfortable, clean and exactly as advertised. The owner put up with my incessant questioning (prior to booking) and was very gracious. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and the pool was a godsend as the temps were in the high 80s for the 3 weeks that we were there. The owner is constantly updating and improving. It was a "home away from home" and we will definitely look at renting this home again when we vacation in the area. Thanks!!
