Beach Access: public beaches at Blue Mountain Beach(.7 miles, 3 minute bike ride or 14 minute walk) and Gulf View Heights(1.4 miles) both having public restrooms and parking. Several alternative public beach access points are also nearby.
Pool Access: .3 mile walk or ride to the Community Pool, Workout Facilities, Shuffleboard and Bocce courts, and Putting Green for your enjoyment.
Outdoor living is a breeze with a large covered front porch and private backyard with Palm Trees, Hammock for relaxing, outdoor Dining Table for six, Outdoor Shower, and Gas Grill. Weekly Rate is $750 for 4 seater, $850 for a 6 seater and $1200 for an 8 seater (plus tax on all carts, inventory is limited so call ahead to reserve)
Guest receives full refund (less $100.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
