NEED TO KNOW: This home is a part of a duplex unit, meaning that it could share a dividing wall, floor, ceiling, outdoor space, and/or amenities with another unit(s). When renting this unit, you will have access to the backyard pool area along with the right side of the building. This pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th.
