Welcome to the Lucky Mermaid! This chic coastal beachside 2 BR/2.5 bath home is in a prime location, less than 100 steps from beautiful Panama City Beaches, a community pool and what is sure to be your new favorite beach getaway! Spend the day soaking up the sun next to the emerald waters or relaxing by the private community pool - the choice is yours! When you need a break from the sun, relax in style in the well-appointed house OR head to any of the local attractions (Pier Park, shopping, restaurants) that are within a few mins drive of the house. The house sleeps up to 7 adults and comes fully stocked with all the comforts of home.

INDOOR LIVING: Chic, modern beach-themed interior w/unique mermaid touches, high-end furnishings, Smart TVs with Roku for streaming, a gorgeous dining table seats that seats 4 plus a large breakfast bar area with additional seating.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with beautiful details, modern appliances, dishwasher, cooking utensils, knife set, blender, drip/kcup coffee maker, breakfast bar, cookware, eating utensils, and serving ware.

OUTDOOR LIVING: 2 private patios - one on each level. The lower level features an al fresco dining set, grill, and outdoor shower. The 2nd story balcony is located off of the spacious living room and features 2 chairs.

GENERAL: Free high-speed Wifi, linens/towels, washer/dryer, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach cart, and beach towels.

ESSENTIALS: We provide plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish soap, etc. Depending on the length of stay and your preferences, you may need to purchase additional supplies. However, we do our best to ensure the home is well stocked for your stay. BYOB toiletries!

PARKING: Driveway (2 vehicles)

The Lucky Mermaid is just steps away from a local favorite, Schooners, and within walking or short driving distance of restaurants and attractions.

The unit can accommodate 2 full sized vehicles parked directly in front in the driveway. Please make other arrangements for any additional vehicles. Local laws must be abided by.

Must submit a $300 off-platform security hold. This hold will be scheduled after booking but will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure, if no damages are reported.

This is a SMOKE FREE property. No smoking (vaping, hookah, etc.) in the home and/or on premises. Evidence of smoking inside the home and/or on the property will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit.

NO PETS allowed. If you bring a pet, your reservation will be cancelled and no refunds will be provided.

We do not allow 3rd party bookings. The person who books the home must be at least 25 years of age and present for the entire trip. Violation of this house rule will result in immediate cancellation and forfeiture of all monies paid.

From the back patio area you can enjoy the outdoor private grill and comfortable sitting area in viewing distance of the pool. This is a wonderful quiet place to relax or take a dip in the pool that is just steps away. There is a back locked gate that you can conveniently take the provided beach cart through past the pool area and within a few steps you are at the beach access!
Skip the high rise condo's for the convenience and peace that our unit consistently provides!

Why Kids Love It

The bunk room provides 4 cool bunks with ocean lined bedding theme and two comfortable bean bags so they can chill when hanging out or watching TV. The TV allows easy access to hook up gaming systems and the room has a small desk if kids want to draw or do homework!

The pool is steps from the back patio of this unit which makes it convenient for parents to watch the kids from the back porch or patio, while they are grilling or relaxing as it is in viewing distance.

The beach is steps away so kids love the easy quick access and if something was left at home it's no problem to go back and get it! Also there are a lot of nearby activities for kids- Sea Dragon pirate cruise, Sisters of the Sea Mermaid experience, St. Andrew''s Park, Wonderworks, Ripleys, Zoological Park and Gardens just to name a few!

Schooner's is one of the best locations on the beach, they make great drinks that you can take out on the beach in their to go cups! Also people gather there a lot for events, volleyball etc.

The local Farmer's market is held on the weekends at the nearby Captain Anderson's marina area.
