Welcome to Pirates' Cove @ , Florida. This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo sleeps 4 & is ideally suited for a small family or couple's get away. Located right on the beach you can see the water from the kitchen, living room, dining area, and private balcony. Everything you need is provided from a fully equipped kitchen to all the linens and towels. All you need are your favorite food, beverages, swimsuits, and sunscreen. Check out our pictures, they showcase the space better than we could ever describe.

Please note the East & West pools are now open, the central pool is currently under renovation, the west pool is heated. For you golfers Signal Hill Golf Course can be seen from the north balcony and is only a short drive away. A relatively short course, only 5,259 yards when playing from the whites. It gets a 3.7-star rating from 18 birdies.
Rather soak up some sun on the beach? The most beautiful beaches are right outside your window. Enjoy all the Gulf has to offer, white warm sand, emerald water, parasailing, kayaking, snorkeling/scuba, fishing, dolphin watching, swimming, surfing, waver runners, and more. Or just relax on the beach and people watch. Dining options are in every direction. The complex sits next door to Pineapple Willys's, a great place for food & drinks. Want some live music and more great food, go east on Thomas Drive to Hammerhead Fred's? They do charge a small cover at night in the lounge. If you are a breakfast fan and like a throwback to the 50's check out the All-American Diner in Front Beach Road. C level Restaurant & Saltwater Grill & Grand Marlin offer more upscale dining and are great for romantic occasions - the food is AMAZING!

In addition to the main central pool, both the East & West towers have a swimming pool. The West is heated as needed for colder days. Charcoal barbeque grills are located on the deck of these pools. The main pool is located between the two towers. A lighted tennis court is onsite, as well as shuffleboard and volleyball on the beach.

1 parking pass & 4 armbands can be purchased from the office or securtiy for $50 - Please note - you are only allowed 1 parking pass & 4 armbands, NO EXCEPTIONS.

No smoking on the balcony.

THINGS TO NOTE:

We provide a STARTER PACK only of amenities, just to get you through the first night, NOT for your entire stay.

Rental Agreement MUST be completed & Copy of driver's license MUST be sent to secure reservation; we will not send check in info till both are sent to management.

RENTER MUST BE 25 @ & MUST be present during the entire stay, we also do NOT allow 3rd party bookings.

No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We DO NOT allow extra guests - including children under 2 years of age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps – NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
NO SMOKING - IF any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine.

Check out time is 10 AM: if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour until all guests have completely vacated the unit.

Check in time is 4 PM: we DO NOT allow early check in during prime season. Guests are NOT allowed on property until 4pm OR until they receive the door code from our office, whichever comes first.

Renter agrees to report issues with the unit to management within 2 hours of check in – regarding cleaning or issues & not wait to report during the review process, with exception to emergency maintenance calls.

Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am – if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund.

Please Note: Towels & Linens are provided for you and your guests, IF you stain or damage the linens or towels, you agree to pay for each piece stained to be replaced.

IF any of our house rules are violated, renter agrees to forfeit the security deposit.

For your protection & ours, we have a ring camera on the front door which records audio and video of the entrance. Do NOT tamper with or cover the camera. If you cover or tamper with the camera - you could be evicted & no refunds will be given.

This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if any evidence of a pet is found OR if we find an unauthorized pet in the property, we will evict you immediately without refund and/or charge a fine of $500.00.
