This 20th-floor unit is large enough for a family gathering. The 3-bedroom 2-bath unit sleeps a total of 8, perfect for larger families. Parking in the main garage is limited to TWO vehicles. Be sure to ask about our Private Reserved Parking Space upgrade as well!
Beach Chair Service will be included beginning in 2022!
We're just completing renovations and will have new professional photos online at the end of January.
Be sure to ask about our corner 2BR/2BA on the same floor if you need more than one for a family fathering!
Please read before booking:
* No Pets
* Renter must be 25 or older
* Please read the rental agreement BEFORE you book.
* After submitting your booking request, you will receive an email with a link to electronically sign our rental agreement and addendum. Please complete that right away, so that you don't lose your reservation request. We will accept the first reservation request that meets our criteria and completes all necessary paperwork.
* There will be a Registration Fee due about a week prior to arrival, payable directly to the resort. The fee is currently $20. This will also include one parking permit for the main garage. A second vehicle pass may be requested. Additional vehicles may be considered on an exception basis outside of peak season. There is a $20 fee for each additional vehicle.

Enjoying the beaches, the views, and the water activities are some of the most popular pastimes for our guests. On our beach you will find plenty of opportunities for fun. You can relax on a padded beach chair with a large sun umbrella, swim in the ocean, walk or play in the sand, or collect seashells. You can also rent a jet ski, go parasailing, or find many other excursions depending upon the day. And for those that want more, we have so much to offer. For shopping, morning coffee at Starbucks, ice cream snacks, evening entertainment, or just a casual meal, it’s hard to beat Pier Park. Just walk across the street to enjoy all they have to offer. They even have an IMAX theater.
Next door to Pier Park is Miracle Strip - an amusement park with rides, games, and activities for all ages.
For casual fine dining, there are many choices in town, but our personal favorite so far is FireFly. They specialize in fresh fish and seasonal vegetables, and their She Crab soup is outstanding.
If you’d like a close up visit with the ocean life, a visit to Gulf World Marine Park will allow you to meet Dolphins, Sea Lions, Turtles, Birds, Reptiles, and lots of our local inhabitants!

The booking process was so easy and they went above and beyond before arrival to make sure everything was handled and set up for a seamless start to an incredible relaxing vacation. Stayed in touch keeping us up to date with all info and very welcoming to the beautiful and very clean well stocked condo. When we did have a question it was an immediate response with no waiting! We will definitely be returning ASAP! I wish we could give more than 5 stars! Highly recommend!

We rented 2004W at Calypso. The condo was not just as pictured, it was awesome! The photographs do not do it justice until you walk in and everything is clean and perfect. The view is spectacular. The only suggestion would be to update the bedroom furniture and mattresses. I would absolutely rent again in the future.

This condo was clean and very nice with a beautiful view! Air conditioning worked good, beds were comfortable, smart TV’s so you could watch Netflix or prime, good water pressure. The kitchen had pretty much everything needed. Blankets and sheets available, iron and ironing board provided and washer and dryer worked great. Bring a fan for the bunk bed room, it got a little stuffy. Parking was easy, just a short walk. Walmart was 2 minutes away. Easy access to pool and beach, just avoid the 10:00 hour because that’s check out time and the elevators were busy. Be ready to claim your beach spot early (7:00-30), if you want by the water.

I have to say this condo was one of the best I’ve ever stayed at in Panama City Beach. The pictures on the website does not do it justice. It was spotless an well equipped with everything we needed. The views were unbeatable from the 20th floor, we saw dolphins, sea turtles an small sharks. I highly recommend this condo.

Our unit was as described and very pristine, but until you enter beyond the door and see your home away from home, it just went above our expectations! The view from the 20th floor was amazing! All our needs were met. We were impressed by the fact that the water heater was very adequate for all your guests to have a warm shower. The appliances were in great condition.The elevators were very smooth and in great condition. We were impressed by the cleanliness of all the surrounding areas.Jenny worked with us for our early arrival and was always available to answer any questions.I could just go on and on, we were so happy with our Calypso choice! We plan on visiting PBC, again!

We wanted to go to the beach before we move overseas for work so we picked Panama City Beach because it was a relatively short drive. We were lucky to have found this rental. From the moment we walked thru the door it was warm and inviting. We are usually disappointed with the state of cleanliness but not so here. Everything was spotless. No errant hairs in the showers, etc. There was so much room for our family and the ability to cook and store our leftovers in the full size fridge was a nice bonus. The view of the beach was amazing. We spent many hours sitting on the balcony watching the sun come up and go down. The location was perfect. We opted for the premium parking and it was definitely worth it...parking spot was right by the elevator. We didn't have to drive anywhere. This location is just a five minute stroll to Pier Park. The owners were very responsive when the parking gate code had been changed and we couldn't get in on arrival. But everything else was so put together and organized that we didn't need to contact them. I would highly recommend this condo to all.
