DIRECT GULF FRONT RENTAL on the desirable North end of Fort Myers Beach. Pelican Beach House has 4 Bedrooms, 3 1/2 Baths, and a Queen Pullout Sofa. It will sleep 10 people very comfortably. This home is located on the sand next to the Pink Shell Resort. It is close to Bodwich Point and a ten-minute walk to the Downtown Times Square Restaurants and Shops.

The Beach Area is very wide and has the soft, sugary sand that our vacationers love. Relax on the spacious front porch and enjoy the spectacular sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.
The main living area has expansive views of the Gulf with the bedrooms in the rear of the home. One King and one Queen bedroom with on-suite baths. There are two full beds in an additional guest room and a Queen in the other. These two guest rooms share a bath. The home is fully equipped for your vacation needs and all linens including Beach Towels are supplied.

NOTES: We book Saturday to Saturday and a seven-night minimum is required. NO pets allowed! The minimum age to rent is 30. Luxury Vacation Rentals also provides beach chairs and a beach umbrella for your stay. We provide high chairs and pack n plays upon request for $35.00 each per week.
