Security Deposit of $1,000.00 is due at signing the Contract. Deposit is refundable if Contract is canceled before 60 days to arrival. Deposit is refundable upon guests departure if all Contractual obligations are met.
Rent payment is available in monthly installments.
Monthly rent is due 5 working days prior to the beginning of the month.
Final cleaning fee of $250 is due with the first month of rent.
Utilities are included up to $150/mo. The guest will pay for the increment.
This is an environmentally clean house, therefore to prevent footwear tracking bacteria into the home, shoes-off slippers-on is required. New slippers are provided.
The home is not equipped for wheelchair access.

About the owner: It is my greatest pleasure and pride to own this beautiful property in the most gorges part of Sarasota County.
Just to let you know I noticed this house way before it was put for sale in 2016. It had this amazing look that gave me a feeling "it is so much me" the very first time I walked in. And was not I happy to finally started owning it!
As a busy corporate employee, for four years I traveled down here from New Jersey only a few times a year.
I gradually upgraded and meticulously decorated the interior.
I was maintaining it with love and care, and now my house is paying me back by supporting me this turbulent time we are living today !

My stay was very quiet and uneventful. Nadia was very responsive to any request that I made and even made sure I had my fav channel on the TV. The house is very well equipped for any length of stay. I would recommend this rental to all my friends and family.
