GORGEOUS, GULF FRONT VILLA CONDO AT “ EL GALEON BY THE SEA”
This lovely 2 bedroom/2 bath unit is part of a 20 unit villa condo complex, situated directly on the beach on beautiful Manasota Key. Because this is a relatively small complex, it offers guests a more lay back, relaxing atmosphere. “By The Sea” is the newest addition in the El Galeon Resort. It has its own private beach, and is only a 2 minute walk to Englewood Public Beach and a 15 minute walk to Stump Pass State Park. Swim in the beautiful heated pool or the Gulf of Mexico right at your doorstep! This complex also offers a private elevated deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with tables, chairs and chaise lounges, where you can soak up the sun, have a
beachside BBQ and witness some of the most spectacular sunsets along the Gulf Coast. Fishing in this area is second to none..whether it be off the surf, in the local flats and waterways, or out in the Gulf of Mexico. If boating is your pleasure, you can rent or bring your own boat and dock it at El Galeon By The Sea’s private boat docks
situated right across the street on Lemon Bay. From there you have easy access to the intracoastal waterway and miles of fishing territory! You will have a choice of several great restaurants and beach shops within walking distance of this lovely complex. Major shopping, dining, golfing and other activities are a short drive away on the mainland, which is easily accessed via 2 no-toll bridges!
Englewood is only a 5 minute drive, Venice … 15 minutes, Sarasota…45 minutes , Ft. Myers approximately an
hour to the south and Tampa /St. Pete’s an hour and a half to the north . Day trips to amusement parks can be
easily arranged!
This 2 bedroom/2 bath villa condo is FULLY furnished and equipped, including washer/dryer right in the unit. The unit has been recently renovated and features numerous upgrades, including granite countertops! The kitchen is fully stocked including wine glasses and all linens have been provided for you! High speed internet service is also provided free of charge. All you need to bring are your personal belongings!!!
In addition to several 2 bedroom units, we also have 1 and 3 bedroom accommodation available at this same location. A total of 14 units to choose from !!! All are up to date and are spotlessly maintained! Please ask and we will be happy to provide you with information on those as well.
For Boat Race enthusiasts…WATERFEST 2024 is scheduled for November 18TH to 20th . “ El Galeon By The Sea” is front row center for this incredible SUPER BOAT race event !! There is still limited vacancy available , so let us know if you would like to attend this world renowned event!!

Absolutely loved this small Island - Manasota Key. Condo was perfect. Private beach steps away from condo and so easy to walk to two other public beaches and restaurants. Was a very relaxing week at the beach. Since we flew in there was even beach chairs for us. Pool on site was heated and very well maintained. We will definitely be back very soon. Marg was very easy to work with.

Our condo at El Galeon by the Sea was wonderful. We were steps from the beach and our huge picture window in the living room gave us a spectacular view from sunrise to sunset. The unit was beautifully decorated and we all loved the loft bedroom and bathroom. There was nothing that we needed that was not provided and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner! Thank you to Marg Johnson for helping us secure this rental property on very short notice. She is a “hands on” property manager who was waiting for us upon our arrival and was never more than a phone call away. We highly recommend El Galeon by the Sea and plan to visit again! Super nice and clean condo perfectly situated on the emerald green waters of the gulf. The porch is perfect for sunsets. And it’s just a short walk to The sandbar and the lock and Key two of the best restaurants in the Englewood area in our opinion. We absolutely loved our stay! This condo has gorgeous view of gulf and beach with the added benefit of a deck facing beach for shaded seating at umbrella tables. Several restaurants close by as well as boat and jet ski rentals. Will definitely return!

El Galleon's the perfect place to take your family, it's beautiful and the sunsets are breathtaking. El galleon is on both sides of the island so you can dock your boat and stay on either side bayside or beachside. I vacationed here every year with my family growing up and my parents did as well when they were young, highly recommended and the fishing is great too.

We love El Galeon by the Sea! We have been staying here for almost 15 years. This elevated, modern condo is located right on the quiet sandy beach of Manasota Key. Sunsets are amazing, dolphins a delight! The condo is freshly decorated, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Heat pool is a bonus on cool days though we spend most time on the deck, ocean side. Marg has been looking after us for all these years and is most accommodating. She was a great help in assisting us in locating a reliable lab for our PCR test back to Canada, and has wonderful restaurant and local suggestions. As a warning, there is a flight of stairs to the condo, which could present a challenge to some. This is a lovely quiet setting, yet walking distance to several waterside restaurants.

We rented a 1 bedroom unit (#601) and it had everything we could have needed - beach towels, umbrella & chairs; fully furnished kitchen, washer & dryer in the unit, king bed, 2 balconies. Just steps to the beach, and a roomy furnished deck to watch the sunset or grill your dinner. Roomy and very comfortable, as well as quite affordable. We enjoyed our visit , the condo was clean and had everything we needed to cook and hang out for two weeks. We used the beach chairs they had everyday , and the deck, was great to have lunch on!! We stayed in unit 511 at the El Galeon by the Sea. What a wonderful property it was. The sunsets filled the picture window and we were just steps to the beach. Several restaurants with-in walking distance. The pool looked great but we didn't use it, spending most of our time on the beach or on the deck. Easy process in and out. Thanks Again!!

Absolutely beautiful condo on the beach!! Million dollar view, easy access to beach, awesome furnishings, renovation were stunning, most comfortable bed ever!!! Can’t say enough positive things about it from 1st floor to the 3rd❤️ We had my son, his wife and my grand daughter come stay with us. It was perfect for my grand daughter’s first beach vacation. You can walk to all the restaurants and had beach accessories available to use. Highly recommend renting through Marg Johnston with Florida Rentals very accommodating.

We stayed at coquina cove and it was breathtaking. We’ve stayed before at one of Marg’s properties and it was incredible. We were there for the Fourth of July and it was just spectacular we had no idea we would get to see such a incredible firework display. Besides that we also saw two baby leatherback turtles make their way to the ocean and watched dolphins from our balcony. The perfect family home and can not wait for next year. Thank you for the amazing memories.

Enjoy our Christmas week at the El Galeon by the Sea unit 501. Better than advertised, 3 bedrooms 3 baths, each on separate floor. all rooms with king or queen. Great views, steps to beach. Easy communications with property manager. Also best value in area. Would consider renting again.

Excellent location. A million dollar view out our patio door and on our quant deck.Our unit was very clean and functional. The pool was great as it was a.ways kept warm. Our realator was amazing.Second time we have stayed on Englewood Beach. Always an enjoyable time.

Wonderful place to stay in Englewood FL. at El Galeon by the Sea condos. Condo was clean, beds comfy, beach steps away and a large pool to cool off in. All kitchen supplies, linens you needed. Washer and Dryer in condo and T.V. in every room. So many places to go to for dinner also. Will return one day! Super vacation!

I stayed at unit 607 at Galeon by the sea and it was really nice. It was a last minute booking to come visit my sick mother and Marg Johnston ( the rental manager)was extremely helpful! She expedited everything so I could book the unit last minute. My neice who lives in Englewood stayed with me and we were very comfortable. Everything we needed was supplied in the unit. It was nice and clean, tastefully decorated with two outdoor balconies, one overlooking the heated pool. The pool was the perfect temp and we enjoyed our time in it. There was a lovely deck right on the beach which we enjoyed immensely. We used one of the available charcoal grills to cook dinner and sat overlooking g the ocean and sunsets. The beds were comfy and the laundry facility in the unit was convenient to have. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely rent again. Thank you!
