Two-Story Condo with Roof Deck

We had a wonderful stay in this condo and would highly recommend it! Location is perfect...just steps from the beach! We enjoyed hours of playing in the surf and finding a plethora of seashells, sand dollars (on the nearby sand bar), and sharks teeth. It was so nice not having to pack a car with sandy things at the end of the day. (Just a note, I think this complex has the nicest beachside shower I've ever used!) But if you tire of the sand, the pool is beautifully maintained and located right beside the bay. The grounds are nice and the complex was quiet & relaxing. The condo's rooftop deck was a welcome bonus and was used for everything from my morning yoga to our boys spreading out & comparing their day's collection of seashells. This two bedroom condo was very spacious, had all the comforts of home, and was just perfect for our family's needs! The owner was wonderful to deal with - very friendly & accommodating. We will definitely try to stay here again on our next visit!

Almost Heaven is a perfect name for this place. Love the views and being able to walk right out onto the beach. We had a leak in the bathroom so I emailed the owner & within no time the maintenance crew was there & had it fixed. Will definitely stay here again!

Our condo met all expectations and we had a vacation to remember using it as a home base. We also traveled to Orlando, Tampa, Boca Grande, Sarasota, and Naples from our base in Englewood. The accomodations were great and the owner was great too. Recommend it to anyone!

Beautiful and quiet location! Enjoyed all the amenities of the condo plus the view of the gulf. Sunsets were spectacular! Access to the beach was only steps away. Owner provided beach chairs and towels were very convenient. A minor appliance concern arose but was SO quickly resolved. Communicating with the owner was easy with all replies in a very timely manner. Wonderful experience overall!!

Stayed in this lovely condo for most of September and it was everything as described on the web page. The owner was very prompt with the answer to any queries and was very willing to accommodate any "extra" requests. Ideal location as we were able to walk to the pub for happy hour and stagger back along the beach to watch the sunset from the jetty outside the condo. Golf courses within easy reach and it was lovely to fall into the large complex pool after a hard day on the course. What more do you need?
Recommended for: Sightseeing, Age 55+, Romantic Getaway.

My wife and I spent the month of January at this fine place. It has just about everything you could want in a rental. All of the info on VRBO was accurate and the pictures reflected this unit. We saw nothing that we did not expect. We really wanted to vacation in February but this unit was already taken in Feb and March by year after year people. We have already signed up for next year. We have been in this area of Florida many times before and find the local restaurants to be very good. Haven't been here for 3 years and some places have closed, some were not as good as we remembered and some new ones were very good. We took a night off and went to a Caps-Bolts hockey game in Tampa. On;ly took 1.5 hours to get there. Major roads the whole way. The Caps lost but it was an enjoyable night.

My husband and I came from out of state. We found the condo spacious, beautifully decorated in a fun florida (beachy) style we reallly want when we come to the beach. It has absolutely everything and all you need to bring is your bathing suit and hit the grocery store on your way onto the island. The kitchen is fully furnished. Bob even has beach towels, beach chairs, coolie cups, a small cooler, free phone service, computer & printer for your use! There are plenty of grocery stores, restraunts, and souvenier shops nearby the island. We spent evey morning at the beach, just steps from your condo, every afternoon at the salt water pool, every evening back at the beach for the sunset. We rarely left the Island. In the condo there are two sitting areas looking through large windows boarded by beautiful palm branches you can see the Gulf view and enjoy your morning coffee if you don't want to walk the beach like we did. LOl! We saw dolphins, manatees, lizards, and daily checked in on many sea turtle nest. The locals are friendly and one of the best spots we have been for shark tooth and shelling finds! We have spent several years vacationing in Florida and this unit/facility rates top. Thank you Bob for being available by phone as our guide to the area and to assist in any way if we needed! We hope to come back soon!

Just wanted to let you know that we LOVED the place. Don't think we could have done any better! Well, we made it home…..didn’t really want it to end. It was a blast. If you need a personal recommendation on your condo, please use us as a reference. We were completely happy with the place. Thanks again….and we’ll be using you again. Hopefully next year.
