Charming 2 br/2 bath home in Englewood, located 2 miles from Manasota Beach for all the shark teeth hunting! You can bike to the beach without having to go on the main road. The home has a fully equipped kitchen, screened in lanai, outdoor grill, 50' living room TV, wifi, washer/dryer, games and more! Bring your bathing suits & sunscreen, we have the rest covered!
The home is conveniently located near downtown Venice & Dearborn street with lots of restaurants and things to do!
The house consists of two bedrooms with the main bathroom in the hall and the other bathroom on the other side of the house with the laundry (detergent provided). Each bedroom has a large closet with hangers provided.
The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, condiments & utensils provided, as well as coffee (keurig and french press) and tea. There is a peninsula in the kitchen that leads out to the living room with room for 4.
The king bedroom has a TV as well as the living room. All TVs are Smart TV's. The kind bedroom also has a desk to get any work done you might need to.
Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, toys, beach and cooler bags are provided.
There is a gas grill in the carport with the utensils in the kitchen. The backyard is very private and quiet, perfect for a relaxing night in the lanai.

Everything appears newly renovated and decorated. Very clean. Small bathroom between the two bedrooms but the second bath area in the laundry area was roomy with a big shower that was easy to get in and out of. We especially enjoyed the sweet covered back deck off the kitchen. Everything was provided making it very convenient. Manasota Beach is a pleasant and quick drive from the house. We will be back!

We stayed for the month of January. Very clean, nicely decorated and only minutes to the beach. All kinds of beach supplies available which was very helpful. We love this quiet neighborhood and would rent this house again. Jessica was very available if we had any questions and responded quickly. A pleasure to rent from her and her husband.

Kenneth S.Very comfortable well equiped house in Englewood near beaches
My wife and I are seniors and spent two weeks at the house in late November and early December. The house is in a quiet well maintained suburban neighbourhood with little car or truck traffic. The house is equiped with new appliances and fixtures and is very clean. No mildew. Beds are the lower variety better suited to seniors and there is lots of closet space. There is a screened porch at the back that overlooks a large pine tree. Very quiet with a squirrel or two running around. The house is near some shops in Englewood about ten minutes away including a grocery store and coffee shop. Venice is about 15 minutes away with grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries and ice cream stores. There are numberous beaches withing ten to twenty minutes. We enjoyed ourselves and had a good holiday. Would go again is circumstances permit.

This place is absolutely darling, super clean and had everything that our family could ever want or need! Just minutes from the beach, Jess and Kyle had the place stocked with towels, beach chairs, snacks and even toys for the kids! Next time we stay, we said we’ll only have to pack a swimsuit and a change of clothes :). Seriously, no detail was left undone and it may have been our best rental experience yet.
