The home has a fully equipped kitchen, screened in lanai, outdoor grill, 50' living room TV, wifi, washer/dryer, games and more! Bring your bathing suits & sunscreen, we have the rest covered!

The home is conveniently located near downtown Venice & Dearborn street with lots of restaurants and things to do!

The house consists of two bedrooms with the main bathroom in the hall and the other bathroom on the other side of the house with the laundry (detergent provided). Each bedroom has a large closet with hangers provided.

The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, condiments & utensils provided, as well as coffee (keurig and french press) and tea. There is a peninsula in the kitchen that leads out to the living room with room for 4.

The king bedroom has a TV as well as the living room. All TVs are Smart TV's.

Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, toys, beach and cooler bags are provided.

There is a gas grill in the carport with the utensils in the kitchen. The backyard is very private and quiet, perfect for a relaxing night in the lanai.
