The living room has a Sofa bed and a 60 inch smart TV with Roku player. The double sliding doors leads directly out onto the patio and the large pool(unheated).
There are table/chairs and a propane BBQ grill for your enjoyment!
The Kitchen has new Solid wood Cabinets with Granite counter tops.
The Master bedroom has double door leads to the pool area. Furnished with a Queen-size Memory foam bed, has a walk-in his/her closets, walk-in shower, and a large bathtub. All room has recess/tray ceilings with lights.
On the other side of the house are two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom has a complete bedroom set with a queen-size bed. The second guest bedroom is furnished with two single beds that can converts into a king-size.
High speed Wifi internet is available throughout the property.
This Vacation home is situated minutes from beaches, shopping, golf, fishing.
Full use of 2 cars garage also a space for RV/Boat parking.
