View of the picturesque pond which is perfect for watching the sunset & enjoying the abundant bird life.
The upscale dining set features seating for 6 or add the panels & seat more guests. The lanai has seating for 6 as well with an expandable table also.
This condo is perfect for families & small groups.

About the owner: My husband & I are ranchers in Montana. We like to get out of the cold weather somewhat in the winter. We have brought our families down to fish, boat & play on the many beaches as well.
We discovered the Englewood area 15 years ago & continue to return & enjoy the area.
Summertime here is spectacular as very quiet, & fishing is phenomenal too.
Why this property? The Sanctuary is a small HOA with 72 units...8 buildings. It is located on a quiet dead end street. No traffic, & crime is nonexistent. It is definitely Old Florida at its finest.
Whether you want to hit the beach for the day or go boating & fishing you will definitely find it quiet & rarely many people. The beaches are all pure & wide. Beautiful white sand & sunsets spectacular.
Englewood has a Saturday winter market that offers more than you can imagine..It offers Lemon Bay Playhouse on Dearborn St. certain times of the year. Fun shopping & restaurants too...
Eight golf courses in the area.
Wonderful restaurants in the area too that are close by. Leverocks, The Lighthouse Grill at Stump Pass, Ken & Barbies on Oyster Creek, Rum Bay (take the ferry or your boat) the list is long.
Lemon Bay Park & Environmental Center is great for bird watching.
Boca Grande is just 10 minutes away with great shopping, lovely restaurants & beautiful beaches. A historic museum is a treat on the end of the island at Boca Grande Pass which is infamous for tarpon fishing.
Escape the big city & come to this wonderful location to relax & enjoy any time of the year.
