There are three bedrooms (one king size bed, one queen bed, and a trundle bed) and two bathrooms. The unit also has a sleeper sofa for the unexpected overnight guest. The LaCoquina has a wide private beach with lots of shells and even fossilized sharks' teeth, a heated swimming pool, several guest parking spots, and a gated entrance. The property is conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, water sports and public beaches. It's just a short 5-minute drive to town where you ll find several grocery stores, and lots of other shopping.

Condominium rules require a two-week minimum rental period (for Christmas and Easter weeks, 1 week minimum.) Rental rates do not include the departure cleaning fee, tax, booking fee, or security deposit.
