You will really enjoy this freshly remodeled beach house in a peaceful Englewood neighborhood. And your dog will love the fenced yard! Unwind from your day at the bar height table, or relax with a movie on the cozy couch (sofa bed) in the living room. Enjoy all new appliances, cabinets and quartz countertops in the kitchen and a newly remodeled bathroom. The large master bedroom features a queen bed, couch, TV and walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has twin daybed that converts to a king bed, table for 2 and a closet. The outdoor hot/cold shower is really refreshing after a day out and about! The front patio is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee while watching seabirds and greeting neighbors biking or walking by.

I had to relocate because of Ian and I saw this on Zillow and I called the owner and she was more than willing to rent to me for the 3 months that I needed as I was awaiting my home to be replaced. She's a great person to rent from. If you needed anything she responded very quickly and made sure that it was right for you. This is such a beautiful home I really hate to be leaving it, but I must move to my next destination. I would recommend very highly if you are in Englewood to make sure if this is on the market to be rented do so you will not be disappointed. Thank you again for letting me be one of the lucky ones.

We were lucky enough to find this place for the month of January 2022. What a fabulous place to stay. It was stocked with everything you could have ever waned even beach chairs. The cupboards were stocked with sugar, coffee, water and anything you might have forgotten. The owner was nice and friendly, she got back to us with any questions we may of had. Close to the grocery store, places to have dinner, the beach, consignment shops, entertainment. The place was spotless upon are arrival. I would highly recommend this place without hesitation. I called it "my little piece of heaven ".

The quiet neighborhood is conveniently located 5 min to the Beach, Restaurants and shopping. Great for couples/families with everything you need from a weekend getaway to a week/month long vacation. Place is very clean, comfortable and affordable. I️ would 100% recommend a stay here! Looking forward to staying again in the future!

The family and i had a great time here. The house is cute and quaint, and very comfortable. We always enjoy a bike ride around the neighborhood in the mornings or right we get back from the beach. For a little town like Englewood, there is a lot to do. The hubby and kids where very happy and we will be back to stay.

Yes, there is a laundry room in the rear of the house accessible by the lanai.
Yes, there are beach chairs, a 10x10 canopy and a normal umbrella you are welcome to use.
