Quiet neighborhood, has fenced yard, laundry room and large driveway. Unwind from your day at the bar height table that can seat up to 6 in the great room with wifi and smart TV. Large master bedroom contains a queen bed + loveseat sleeper and walk-in closet. (fits 2 adults and 1-2 children). The 2nd bedroom contains a king bed (it is a twin sized daybed that converts to a king - fits 2 adults)
Easy no hassle access to grocery stores, shops, restaurants, beach, parks just minutes away. Area is great for bike rides! Wifi included.

About the owner: Originally from Buffalo, I now live in Tampa and plan to retire in this house in 10 years, or thereabouts.
Why this property? We were looking for a easy place to live, close to the beach, not too expensive, with plenty to do. This is it! Many beaches, parks, restaurants, we can safely bike around the neighborhood or to Dearborn Street. Yoga on the beach, easy parking at the lot most of the time. Just being at the house feels easy. Not too big, not much too clean, great setup for the family - room to gather, room to separate. Fenced yard for privacy. Nice neighbors, quiet neighborhood. Lots of seabirds to watch while sitting out front.

I had to relocate because of Ian and I saw this on Zillow and I called the owner and she was more than willing to rent to me for the 3 months that I needed as I was awaiting my home to be replaced. She's a great person to rent from. If you needed anything she responded very quickly and made sure that it was right for you. This is such a beautiful home I really hate to be leaving it, but I must move to my next destination. I would recommend very highly if you are in Englewood to make sure if this is on the market to be rented do so you will not be disappointed. Thank you again for letting me be one of the lucky ones.

We were lucky enough to find this place for the month of January 2022. What a fabulous place to stay. It was stocked with everything you could have ever waned even beach chairs. The cupboards were stocked with sugar, coffee, water and anything you might have forgotten. The owner was nice and friendly, she got back to us with any questions we may of had. Close to the grocery store, places to have dinner, the beach, consignment shops, entertainment. The place was spotless upon are arrival. I would highly recommend this place without hesitation. I called it "my little piece of heaven ".

The quiet neighborhood is conveniently located 5 min to the Beach, Restaurants and shopping. Great for couples/families with everything you need from a weekend getaway to a week/month long vacation. Place is very clean, comfortable and affordable. I️ would 100% recommend a stay here! Looking forward to staying again in the future!

The family and i had a great time here. The house is cute and quaint, and very comfortable. We always enjoy a bike ride around the neighborhood in the mornings or right we get back from the beach. For a little town like Englewood, there is a lot to do. The hubby and kids where very happy and we will be back to stay.
