Wonderful Christmas vacation

My wife and I, along with two of our grown children, had a wonderful week stay at Robert and Lisa’s beautiful house. Great location, close to everything (beach, town, restaurants) and private too. Well appointed and very comfortable. Plenty of room for us to spend a lazy day in playing games or relaxing in the pool or hot tub. Thank you for graciously opening up your home to us. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Roomy and Comfortable

Our stay at the Casa Maria for November was notable. The home was clean, roomy, and great for entertaining. The pool area was perfect, offering separate areas for sun or shade. The added spa with a waterfall was a big hit. We completely enjoyed dining poolside for Thanksgiving. The location couldn't be better. It was less than a mile to Manasota Beach and 15 minutes to Englewood Beach where we watched offshore boat racing. Downtown Venice was 12 minutes away as well. Robert and Lisa were great hosts, answering our many questions about the Spa iPad functions and responding to a leaky garbage disposal.

Great place!

A beautiful home in a great location. All of the amenities you need or want and more. Just a mile away from the beach but house is on a quiet street so you can relax in the peaceful setting. We loved seeing the gopher tortoise in the backyard too! We will definitely be coming back to this place.

Nice home, yard & very close to beach.

We stayed at this home for two weeks and went to Manasota Beach just about every day since it only takes about 2-3 minutes to get there. There is free, ample beach parking & a very short easy walk to the beach access. The home is spacious, clean & well kept. Our standard poodle loved the large fenced in backyard and of course, liked to visit with the resident turtle. The pool, spa & lanai area are lovely!

Exceptionally beautiful and spacious home!

What a very beautiful, clean home!! We got a great vibe as we drove down the nice tree-lined street. Once we got inside, we found the home had everything we needed, inside and outside. Inside, the spacious master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a sliding door leading to the lanai. The lanai has a great salt-water pool and hot tub! Super convenient when you don’t feel like a beach day. Speaking of the beach, located less than a mile away is Manasota Key Beach. This public beach is awesome and has a bath house and a very large parking lot with plenty of free parking. The home has beach chairs, beach umbrellas and coolers for you to pack up and take with you. The other 2 bedrooms are private and share the 2nd full bathroom. Our group of 3 couples had plenty of space and privacy. The kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed our coffee on the lanai every morning. The home also has an office area - perfect for those of us that had to get some work done before going out to play! We rent a pontoon boat from Abe’s boat rental in Cape Haze and took a boat ride to historic Cabbage Key (accessible only by boat) and Stump Pass! There are several very nice restaurants within a 20 minute drive with great food and live entertainment. Our group had a wonderful time staying at Casa Maria and so will you!

West Coast Wonderland

The location was perfect for exploring the west coast of Florida. First time in the area and the home was centrally located to the beaches and fun towns surrounding Englewood. House is beautiful with an amazing pool and hot tub. Lots of room for the whole group to swim and relax. The beach was super close and had ample parking and a great bath house. House was equipped with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your vacation. Lots of fun stuff to do in every direction - would highly recommend for this area of Florida.

Wonderful escape from the daily grind!

What a wonderful escape and rest from the daily grind!From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with picturesque landscaping, cool comfortable color schemes, and a clean crisp and updated look in and out of the house and pool area. The open floor plan and separate sleeping areas were a great way to share space and quality time between friends and family. The pool and hot tub with waterfall exposed a beautiful design and were in excellent condition.Honestly, it felt like we were staying at a top notch resort, and I couldn't find a flaw if I tried. With multiple beautiful beaches and places to eat and things to do nearby, this is the perfect place to relax or adventure or both.And as a special bonus... we met Tony and Felicia- some adorable turtles who also keep a little place on the property.We would definitely stay again and recommend that if you want to try the Venice area on the Gulf side, try it here first at Casa Maria.

Tranquil Vacation

Unit was very nice and offered a great pool & hot tube. we spend 10 days there and it was very Quiet & Tranquil on a quiet street. Would definitely stay again.

Pristine and peaceful! Plan on coming back!

The owners maintain an absolutely stunning residence. It offers peace and privacy and a serene backyard setting complete with a beautiful pool and hot tub. The inside is luxurious and wonderfully furnished. All the necessities one would need. Additionally the location is sublime. A nearby beach within walking distance with mostly local residents. Nearby towns only mikes away for dining and entertainment. The utmost pristine place to have a vacation I would definitely revisit.

The perfect vacation home!

My wife and I just recently rented this beautiful home. We went there with our son and his family. It was just a few minutes drive to beautiful Manasota Beach, and a short trip to Englewood and many fine restaurants. The house itself is very roomy with two areas to gather in, and such a lovely kitchen! Everything you need to cook a meal.The best part for us was the pool and hot tub! And the view from the covered eating area was breathtaking....even a resident gopher tortoise!We loved the convenience of everything...and so homey! The beds were super comfy, too! We will go back there soon!The Rogers/Mazza family....

Beautiful Home/ Will stay again

Robert is amazing!! The house and amenities are perfect for family vacations. Everything was very clean! We had 1 issue and that was the AC, the house was very warm the majority of our stay. However, Robert did everything in his power to get the situation corrected. He was awesome to work with and never sounded like I was bothering him with all my many texts and calls. I will absolutely be back!!!

Outstanding Stay!

What a great house! - Everything was perfect!Nicely furnished - everything seemed new. The pool / spa heat was controlled via a tablet - they even had Bluetooth speaking on the Lanai which was unexpected, but used quite a bit :)The Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed (Even a Blender), There were SmartTV's where you needed them, and everything worked as you would expect.Thank you - we WILL be back! -Dan & KathyThe hosts were available in the event we had to ask questions.We truly enjoyed our stay

Wonderful super clean home with perfect pool/hot tub️️️️️

This home and location were perfect to be 1 mile from Manasota Beach and convent to restaurants and shopping. Very private and peaceful with the joy of watching wildlife from the screened in pool/lanai area. We loved the pool and hot tub and how easy to operate. We totally enjoyed the ability to swim laps and then relax in hot tub. The home was very clean and comfortable and newly renovated. It was also great having sofa recliners to allow feet up for resting and watching TV after a day at the beach. Robert and Lisa (the owners) were prompt and very accommodating with their communications and ensuring all was good. Beach chairs and umbrella available for your beach stay along with fishing poles, Cannot say enough how impressed and happy we were with the pool and lanai area and how much we enjoyed our stay! We will definitely be booking with Robert and Lisa again for our Venice vacay next year! We hated to leave. The house is perfect for families or couples and beds are also very comfy. Thank you Robert and Lisa for allowing us to enjoy your home! 5 ️ ️️️️

The BEST vacation home!!

The quiet, private neighborhood with the large yards and tree lined streets was the first clue that the home and setting would be very pleasant and comfortable. From the moment that we pulled into the driveway we felt comfortable. The home is situated at the end of a no-thru traffic street so, was very quiet and private. The kitchen, great room and bedrooms all very spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The pool and hot tub were an absolute bonus for us and we enjoyed using them every day. Loved Tony the tortoise! We really liked being so close to Manasota Beach...which is like a hidden treasure. Not over-crowded but more family oriented. We found awesome shells and sharks teeth and saw the best sunsets there. The farmers market was much bigger and nicer than I expected. Loved Sharky's restaurant and shopping in nearby Venice We rented a pontoon for a day which was an awesome adventure (minutes away in Engelwood - as noted in the guest book). We saw many dolphins and a manatee. Also went hiking at the nearby Manasota Scrub Preserve and saw tortoises and even an armadillo! Really liked the Sand Bar Tiki for the food and live entertainment. This is a great vacation home that we hope to re-visit!

Beautifully appointed, peaceful house so close to the beach.

We truly enjoyed our peaceful stay, and just a very short drive or walk to the beach! The screened-in pool/patio area were just what we needed to relax in the sun. Everything was included, we didn't need to bring much more than our clothes. Also loved the layout of the house - bedrooms were on opposite sides of the house with a large kitchen and living room in between. (Great for families.) Beds were comfortable. We definitely plan on staying here again!!

Casa Maria Everything You Want in a Vacation Home

Beautiful Home. Very nicely furnished. Quiet tree lined street. Gorgeous Lanai with pool and hot tub. Plenty of seating in the lanai area. One mile from Manasota Beach. Many good restaurants close by. Already looking forward to our next visit!

Beautiful home!

House is warm and inviting. Having a pool and hot tub to yourself is amazing. Many beaches and unique towns nearby. The CUFFE’s are the most amazing hosts! Great rental for a vacation with friends or family. We will be back!! The Turtle loves blueberries!!

We loved being so close to the beach.

The home was gorgeous and the location is amazing - the beach is less than a mile away! This is a great family-friendly home with a stunning pool and wonderful hot tub. Robert (the owner) even let our tiny dog stay. We'll visit again!
