We purchased the home in November and all things new. This is our second home and we are going to try seasonal rental and see how it goes and hopefully we will be blessed with recurring rental friends !

We have years of exposure to Englewood with family neighbors. We love it here and had to purchase our 2nd home in this quintessential community which is reserved for a full time retirement sanctuary. We are not available, at this point in life to retire; however, until then, we are work work working -- sharing our home with you. We are addicted to beaches, boating, sunrise/sunsets, full moons and happiness.
The property is close to all amenities and minutes from beach and golf thus, conveniently distant from all traffic and congestion (due beach and shopping).
We love being close to lovely restaurants and all amenities but more import our lovely home is a perfect spot a to rest and relax and gear up for the next days adventure.
