Sept & Nov 2022 Daytona Beach Resort sustained some major damage from Hurricanes Ian & Nicole. Seawall and south pool deck are damaged and closed until further notice.
Pools are closed until further notice.
Tiki Bar and Restaurant are closed until further notice
Beach access is only from the road on the north side of the resort
Parking garage is closed - BUT there is parking in the south lot. Access to beach from north access road.
We can guarantee a clean, comfortable room - unfortunately - we can’t guarantee amenities at the resort.

Daytona Beach Resort & Conference Center is a convenient location on the north end of Daytona Beach.
Our condos are OCEANFRONT with a private balcony wide enough to accommodate seating.
Please ask any other owners about their balconies- the #1 complaint we hear from guests who have stayed with other owners is that they were not told that balconies were standing room only or public walkways... and not a private balcony -- Please be aware of the difference and ask before renting -- do not be disappointed !!

General Unit Information:

We will need your email and phone number to provide you check in information and the door code.
This room has a touchpad lock on the door - for access.
You will check in at the front desk - to get a card key for the common areas and a parking permit.
Please don't go to the front desk for any other reason.
As of Jan 1st, 2021 – we will have the common area keys in the room and we ask that you avoid the front desk. We are not affiliated with the resort.
You will get a code for the door about 5 days prior to arrival- use the keypad with round buttons and lock button in the middle. If you do not receive your key - call us to verify your email.
