This 2-bedroom 2 bath Ocean Front 5th floor unit has views you can't believe until you see it! Our building is re-opening after a 4-year closures better than ever! This unit has been totally remodeled and features new furnishings through out!
Rates start as low as $150 per night with a 3-night minimum in the off season ranging to $2850 per week based on the time of year. In busy seasons expect a 1 week minimum. Just contact us for a quick quote with your travel dates.
This unit features 1275 square feet, with the living area and both bedrooms having fantastic views. The floor plan is split with a bedroom on opposite sides of the central living area. With our Queen Sleeper couch, we can have up to 6 guests.
You will feel like you are surrounded by water during your stay. The building features a weight room, billiard room, and table tennis room on its club level. Sorry no photos yet because we have brand new equipment coming in!

About the owner: We are long term owners at Peck Plaza. We bought 3 units during the closure, and radically remodeled them, sparing no expense! We have been doing vacation rentals in our 22nd floor unit since 2004. SO we have taken everything we have learned and put them here.. Enjoy.
Why this property? You will feel surrounded by water also these 5th floor units are only 2 floors up from the pool deck, which is on the 3rd Floor.
