We want you to know that you will be renting from the owner of the condo -- not another owner managing many. We want to make your stay special and pride ourselves on our number of repeat guests.Remodeled Summer of 2022 - new tile floors & carpet - remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. New Appliances. We do not use on site housekeeping -- it costs a bit more, but it allows us to have our own towels - sheets and kitchen equipment that will remind you of home - and we are also able to keep a few extras in the kitchen and thru out the condo.
3 Bedroom/2 Bath/Oceanfront Balcony 15th Floor Condo includes:
• Oceanfront Balcony off Living Room
• Master Bedroom W/ King Bed
• Master Bath with Jacuzzi Tub
• 2nd bedroom W/ king bed
• 3rd bedroom W/ 2 full sized beds
• Living Room/Dining Room W/ convertible sofa,
• Kitchen (dishwasher-stove/oven, refrigerator w/ ice-maker)
2 washer/dryer units for your convenience
There are also 4 TVs all with cable or Premium cable

The condo was nice. Great location. VERY few supplies are given. 1 paper towel, 1 roll of toilet paper and very few trash bags. NO kitchen storage items like Saran wrap, foil, baggies, NOTHING. We had to go buy all of it just to use the little bit w e needed while there for 7 days. Just a waste…. Other Florida condos we’ve stayed in have had things like this that were very helpful. Otherwise no complaints and would stay again.
