Location-Location Location. Great place to vacation and always at reasonable prices (prices vary depending on time of the year always contact us for the best rates available). This true studio condo joins our Sun,Sea and Sand vacation condo's family. This 5th floor unit is oceanfront with a cruise ship like view and a private balcony. You will enjoy comfortable seating on the queen sofa sleeper, and sleep soundly on the comfortable queen bed. The newly remodeled studio kitchen is fully equipped with a full size frig, 2 burner cook top, glasses. dishes and pots and pans, coffee pot, toaster, toaster oven and cookware giving you all the comforts of home. The studio is designed for a couple or a couple with smaller children. It is not suitable for 4 adults.
Enjoy the spectacular morning sunrise's on the private oceanfront balcony.

Amazing view and very nice room. Beautiful view of the ocean and very clean. Jerry the owner was great, responded instantly. The room had everything we needed and more. We liked it so much we extended our stay and Jerry was very accommodating. Definitely would stay there again, thank for a great vacation.

Cozy, studio condo with ABSOLUTELY everything you need. This was a last minute rental as I was not ready to head back to snow & ice after five weeks in Ormond Beach. The owner, Jerry , couldn’t have been more accommodating & approachable. As a single, older female I felt totally safe & would love to return.

What a great place, sunrise in the morning. Rocket’s going up in the evening. Everything is close by. Great little pool side bar. This unit has it all. We would recommend it to any and all friends and neighbors.

This condo was clean and provides plenty of dresser drawers. Comes stock with everything you will need too cook a meal. Owner provides sand toys for the kids. And also chairs and umbrella for the beach. Condo also has great chairs on the balcony for a great view of the beach and ocean. One great detail for this condo and with this owner they provide a key for the side doors too this hotel. I WOULD recommend this condo or this owner too anyone. My family had a great stay . The hotel by itself could use a few updates overall . My stay here was GREAT !!!

Yes the resort is one of the older ones on the beach but our association continues to make needed upgrades and updates as funds permit. Our pool deck is second to none in Daytona.
