Gorgeous Riverfront Escape in Daytona Beach

Located directly on the Halifax river, this beautiful historical home is perfect for making family memories. Available for 1 week minimum stays, no long term. This is our primary residence and is only available when we travel. Please inquire about dates.
As a residence, it is FULLY equipped with every luxury. High quality linens, comfortable beds, fully stocked and newly remodeled kitchen with Thermomix, Nespresso espresso maker, built in ice maker, fully stocked appliance cupboard for cooking and baking and outdoor barbecue.
The patio and upper deck have furniture for lounging, outdoor table set for dining and a beautiful pool (not heated).
The views are spectacular across the river and are full of life with dolphins, manatees, birds and other river dwellers. There are 3 kayaks for use (with care) and include 2 singles and one double. One paddle board is also available. There is a dock available for your boat for extra fee, please discuss first.
Wi-Fi is included as are all utilities. Sorry but this home is not pet friendly.
There is one master suite upstairs with breathtaking views and 2 bedrooms on the main floor, one with en suite shower/toilet. The other is near to the bathroom with antique fixtures and soaking tub. This home is ideal for 3 couples.

Area Information

We are located on Riverside drive, part of the “Ormond Loop” a famous and beautiful scenic street with long sidewalks for running or walking, beautiful parks and boat launches and huge old oaks with hanging moss.
Just 5 minutes drive to many beaches with free parking. Daytona boardwalk, water parks, restaurants, festivals, art walks, evening music venues and entertainment are all nearby. Golf at Riviera Country Club and Pickleball at world famous Pictona with 49 pickleball courts both inside and out, just 3 minutes drive!
Rockefeller’s summer home is just across the river from us. We are also only an hours drive from Kennedy Space Center and can enjoy every liftoff from our own backyard. With so many things to see and do you won’t be bored for a minute, unless you want to.
