It’s almost like having a private beach with no hotels and only private condos and high end homes on that beach. Only 15 minutes from St Augustine and anything you’d want to see or do . Lots of natural light and it does face the parking lot but that’s not an issue with outside seating around the side of unit and lots of beach loungers along the ocean. Two full bathrooms and the most comfortable king bed we’ve slept in. We enjoyed our months stay!

We took 13 people. WE all had room to move. There was plenty of hot water. for all of us to shower. The host provided even beach buggies and chairs. Towels were top notch. Host was available all the time. Very close to the beach. EAsy walk. Location is perfect. Beach is beyond awesome. Karen

It was one of the best houses to rent for a family vacation. My family and I had a blast it had everything you need from cooking to bathing accessories. It also had fun vacation spots for the family and near by grocery stores. It's a minute walk from the beach. They also had beach accessories there as well if you don't have time to get some. All you really need is food and clothes everything else is there I'm ready for my next vacation so I can book there.

We just got home from an awesome week in Daytona Beach. It was my family of 6 and my sister's family of 4. This house was more than big enough to fit us all comfortably. We all enjoyed all the extras that came with the house. There was mini golf, ping pong, foosball, and so much more. It was less than a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach, and just a short drive to any restaurant or something fun to do with the family. I highly recommend staying here!

Casa Del Playa was an excellent place to stay for our family vacation. The house is lovely with a great location. Private cul de sac and fenced in yard was perfect for the kids. Nice easy walk to the beach and ocean.

We had a great time in Ormond-By-The-Sea; we rented a home in a nice quiet safe neighborhood. We were able to walk to the Atlantic Ocean in the morning to see the sunrise and walk to the River in the evening to see the sunset.The home was big enough for all with for spacious bedrooms, a large open living and dining area plus a kitchen and breakfast nook area. The pool was a little cool but nice and clean and the pool area was screened with a good size dining table and chairs under the lanai.I would recommend this house; it was supplied with everything you needed even the stuff you need for the beach.
