This is one of the few 4 bedroom units on the beach! The unit features 2 King Suites, 1 Queen suite with sitting room, and the 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds. In addition we have a queen sleeper and 2 twin roll away beds you can easily move where ever you need them! With 3000 square feet and 3 bathrooms this unit sleeps 12 comfortably.

What a magnificent condo! It was incredibly big. 4 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 7 televisions and huge balcony. The outdoor heated pool was amazing and very warm. The condo was well kept, clean, and maintained impeccably. We will be back.

The location was conveniently located to anything and anywhere you wanted to go. The view was incredible and the beach was just steps away. The unit was clean, well stocked, and full of features and amenities. We'll definitely return!

Our condo was Suite 502, Ocean Vista, Daytona Beach, FL. Though the unit is on the north side of the building, the view and sounds of the surf were excellent. The security of the building is solid and it is well maintained. The placement of the unit patio was such that there was never any bright sun, but the shade and breeze on a hot day made being on the patio bearable. A ceiling fan on the patio would have moved air around better on those hot still days.The sleeping arrangements were great for our family, but there would have been a pillow shortage had we needed the 3 additional available roll-away beds. The kitchen was well appointed but the flatware was a bit short when you have a capacity for 10 and there are only 7 forks, but we made due.Overall, I would not hesitate to stay here again and plan to in the new future. April was so helpful with the check-in and tour and my conversations with Dennis and Carmen were professional and reassuring.

Ocean Vistas is directly on the beach at Daytona Beach. There were seven of us: four adults and three children ages 11, 8, and 7. The weather was not very good; rainy, windy, cool. But the condo was beautiful, spacious and the bedrooms accommodated us perfectly. The kids were happy, they played with each other and had a great time. The pool was outside, but was heated so they could swim, and there was a hot tub for the adults. When we did have decent weather, the beach was right outside the building. The kitchen was great and had all the appliances, big and small, that we needed. Even a wine fridge. There were TVs in all the bedrooms and a huge one in the family room. We cooked a few nights and went out most. We went to the boardwalk and the kids had fun at an arcade. The master bath had a Jacuzzi and another TV. The balcony was the biggest I've seen and it had a grill. Also, the there was secure parking for two cars, fast internet and washer and dryer. It would have been nice if the weather had been better, but we still had a great vacation.

This was our 4th time to stay at Ocean Vistas. Condos are beautiful, clean, and perfect for a family or Multi-family stay, Affordable luxury if you are splitting the cost between families. Provide all the necessary kitchen amenities to allow you to eat-in. Groceries close-by and plenty of restaurants to eat out.Security here is a plus and a relief for leaving your car parked overnight. Some rules are a little on the strict side, so don’t plan to come here if you want to party hardy. Family friendly environment always a good thing.Daytona Beach is our favorite beach for playing, though an event weekend may hinder safety on the beach and bog down traveling the main road. Plan to eat in and stay at pool for those few crazy days if you hit a busy weekend. All will calm to normal after the weekend.Carmen and Dennis are great to work with and accommodate your needs and are available if questions/concerns arise.This feels like a home away from home.

Great view of the ocean. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The pool was very nice and the beach was easily accessible. The owners were very quick to respond to all inquiries. We would definitely come back to this condo for another vacation. The outside deck was a big plus for our family.

This place is so nice. My family and I have been coming to Daytona for the Memorial weekend for over 10 years now and this was the first time we stayed a week. I love it when my whole family can stay at the same place together. This condo was awesome. The view is spectacular. The master bedroom, bed was so comfortable. We are in Daytona for work during January and February and this is an awesome place to get away from work. The condo is clean and neat. The owners (Dennis and Carmen) are always so helpful. I would recommend staying at this condo.
