This 1-bedroom, 1-bath, 615 sq. ft. condo is non-smoking and was recently updated with a new bathroom and kitchen with granite counters, luxury vinyl plank floors and new furniture. The condo is on the 4th floor direct oceanfront and features spectacular ocean views from the 10-foot-long balcony. This condo is perfect for 2-4 adults, or a family of 4. Sorry, no single night rentals - minimum weekly rental April-November. Monthly rates available.
Linens and towels are provided. The facilities are well maintained with on-site managers. It is a very safe, family-friendly area. You will receive a parking permit to park right by the resort building. Sorry, no pets are allowed in Sunglow Resort.
Daytona Beach Ocean Views – This is what Florida vacation rental is all about! The best view at the condominium is from the large balcony that can be accessed from the living room. It provides a panoramic view up and down the beach and out to sea. Dolphins are seen regularly, and whales have been known to be sighted. Don’t feel like cooking? No problem – Crabby Joe’s restaurant will be right next door on Sunglow Pier. They offer delicious breakfasts, lunch, dinner or go for just drinks & appetizers.

The bedroom has a Queen size bed, flat screen TV, a closet and a totally remodeled bathroom. The living room has a queen size Murphy bed providing another option for additional sleeping room, a flat screen TV and a direct oceanfront balcony. The kitchen is fully furnished with microwave, stove, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishware and cookware. There are coin-operated washers/dryers on the floors that guests may use.

Sunglow Resort offers a variety of activities. A brand-new heated swimming pool and Spa with large deck is now built ocean-side. There is also a common picnic area with charcoal BBQ grill for your use.
