This was our first stay at DBR. It was a cozy bright room and very clean. I had great contact with our representative. So if there was a question or problem she handled it right away. So no complaints at all there.We got moved to an ocean view room, which made us very happy! That room was beautiful. Cute decor and very bright. We loved the large balcony with big chairs. We were there to relax and walk the beach and that's what we did. Lots of stuff to do within walking distance. Groceries, drug store, bars, restaurants etc...we had a great stay!Our only bummer was the hurricane took the use of the pools, hot tubs, restaurant and bars. If all of that was repaired we would definitely go back! Truly enjoyed ourselves despite that issue.

Denise’s place is a fantastic venue! Small, but comfortably slept two adults and three kids. The location is everything! Between the beach, the pools, the lazy river, all the amenities within a short walk, and the concert venue just below, we got to enjoy the best of Daytona’s off-season from our own balcony. The kids raved about it all weekend.Check-in was seamless and Denise was so kind and accommodating. I particularly appreciate that she was open to a short weekend stay when so many other locations had a minimum of five or seven nights. For us as locals, this place is perfect and very reasonably priced. Would absolutely stay again!

Our stay went great. Check in was very smooth. Hotel staff very friendly and always willing to help. The pool area and lazy river were wonderful. The condo itself was in very good condition. Very clean. Excellent view. Working with the owner Was wonderful as well very easy to book. Will definitely Look to come back here when we are visiting again.

Susan E.Comfortable condo directly facing the beach at best Daytona Beach resort!!
We have stayed at Ocean Walk resort several times before but never directly facing the ocean. It was a dream!! This privately owned condo unit gets all the perks of the resort without an annoying sales pitch!! Denise was friendly and easy to work with. She has made the unit comfortable, and she has most everything you would need when staying here for a vacation. There are even three beach chairs as well as five beach towels available. We weren't able to get on the internet as described, but we had unlimited data and didn't worry about it. Also, we weren't able to get the TV to work, but we didn't miss it at all. Look no further if you are questioning on whether to rent this unit!!

The location is amazing, beach on one side with shops and restaurants on the other. I was within walking distance to everything I needed and there is a water park for the kids across the street. The condo was very clean, spacious and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. There are amenities galore including an indoor pool, sauna, spa, fitness center, including a small arcade and putt put golf for the kids. The outdoor amenities include a splash pad, lazy river, pool with a slide and pool side bar. The condo is above the band shell so you can enjoy concerts directly from the balcony. We have already booked another visit!
