This super clean, cozy, coastal studio is a sanctuary of warmth, comfort, and serenity. Located in The Ocean Jewels Resort and remodeled with new cabinets, flooring, appliances, large TV with cable and streaming. Good sized balcony for enjoying the ocean site and sounds. Wonderful heated salt water pool and BBQ area right on the beach! Exercise room, game room with pool table and darts. Good restaurants and things to do nearby and a convenience store across the street as well as 2 laundry rooms on property. Quiet area but not far from all the Daytona craziness!

The space
A comfortable bed is important when traveling and this one won't let you down with its pillowtop mattress, thick, soft mattress pad, luxury high count sheets and fluffy duvet. Once in, you won't want to get out! The sitting area has a queen pullout out sofa, with soft linens and thick mattress pad so extra guests sleep soundly. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower, light adjusting mirror, and plenty of fluffy towels. Kitchenette comes with full refrigerator, induction stovetop, microwave, pans, dinnerware, ect and a Koerig coffee machine stocked with great coffee, tea, creamers, and raw suger. New Ac with ice cold air!
Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony watching the waves roll in, feeling the ocean breeze on your skin. What a way to start the day! Beach chairs and towels are provided when you are ready to hit the beach or the heated salt water pool. Charcoal grills and tables are located near the beach for your use. Rain? Not a problem! Cozy up in front of your huge 55 in flat screen TV with streaming, cable and wifi or enjoy provided board games, books, the retro Nintendo system or wonder to the lobby and see if the game room is open to play some pool or darts. Prefer not to cook? One of Daytonas' best restaurants, Adam's Egg, is right on the property! Of course, there is also the gym for you die hards. You may never want to leave!

Other things to note
* Please read check-in instructions as multiple buildings may be confusing. I've done my best to give detailed directions, but call if there is any problem. Your building is the one with the Ocean Hewels sign inbfront of it.
**You should receive your door code the day of arrival, but if not, don't hesitate to call me.
You need a key fob to access the private pool area, beach, and other areas, which you will find on the dresser. Please dont forget to leave it as there is a $100 fee from the HOA to replace. Obtain a parking pass from the manager if he is there when you check in. if not the next morning.
*** One pool is closed but there is a 2nd heated pool if you TURN LEFT after entering the gated area
****Roku remote controls You can access cable TV and streaming channels using remote.
***** The induction stovetop has safety features to be aware of. You must have a pan on the burner for it to work and then push down on the knib and turn to unlock it.
*****Contact in advance if crib is needed.
Unit is privately owned, so any issues need to be addressed with me directly, although I try to ensure there won't be any! You can request an early one hour check-in/out late out, which im happy to offer at no charge if I don't have other guests checking out or coming in. There is an additional $25 per hour for addt time.
