This 2-bedroom 2 bath Ocean Front 5th floor unit has views you can't believe until you see it! Our building is re-opening after a 4-year closures better than ever! The unit has been totally remodeled, opened up, and features new furnishings through out!

In addition to rates shown there is a refundable damage deposit of $300 or $500 if bringing a pet.
This unit features 1275 square feet, with the living area and both bedrooms having fantastic views. The floor plan is split with a bedroom on opposite sides of the central living area. With our Queen Sleeper couch, we can have up to 6 guests.

You will feel like you are surrounded by water during your stay. The building features a weight room, billiard room, and table tennis room on its club level. Sorry no photos yet because we have brand new equipment coming in!

About the owner: We are long term owners at Peck Plaza. We bought 3 units during the closure, and radically remodeled them, sparing no expense! We have been doing vacation rentals in our 22nd floor unit since 2004. SO we have taken everything we have learned and put them here.. Enjoy.

The unit is very well maintained and well stocked. We had everything we needed to enjoy our 2 weeks at the beach, beach necessities included. The check in and out was easy. All the beds slept very well and there was a camp cot that we utilized as a 4th bed that was very convenient. We will definitely be back. The ice cream place across the street was also a great find. The ice cream was amazing and we enjoyed playing games together while enjoying our treats.

Cheryl M.Perfect for these newbie snowbirds!
This condo was perfect for these first-time snowbirders! The condo is exactly as pictured. All furnishings were quite comfortable and homey. We felt like we were staying in a friend's home. Just about everything we needed was in the kitchen to fix our meals. The beds were soooo comfortable-sheets and mattresses! We both slept like babies. The condo is very quiet and insulated from exterior noise (with the exception of the construction work going on several floors up. We were awakened most mornings to the sound of drilling or sanding reverberating thru the vents. It was not so loud that it drove us crazy, just a little irritating.) During our stay, there was an issue throughout the complex with the water for one day--unfortunately during the coldest cold-snap for the area in years. Dennis, one of the owners, was great to communicate with us during this time, and the management at the condo even came to our rescue with a bucket to get water from the pool for the toilet, lol. The balcony had a nice view of the ocean, but it was so windy and cold most days that we were unable to use the balcony much. You could sit outside on the pool/tennis decks and avoid a lot of the wind. The outside pool deck is quite large and roomy with plenty of chairs. I only wish that there was some place to sit outside out of the sun (melanoma survivor!). There were sand chairs and boogie boards for guests to use in the condo. We definitely will use Dennis & Carmen's condos for future visits to Daytona Beach/Daytona Beach Shores area. They were great to work with, providing information, answering questions, and refunding our security deposit promptly. We were quite happy with our first snowbird adventure--just wish the weather had been more cooperative!

Our accomodations at 5E were phenomenal! The beach decor was impeccable. Our teenage granddaughter came with us and had her own space. We all immediately felt at home and were blown away from the beauty of the ocean view. Carmen was very responsive and kept us informed prior to the trip. April took us on the tour of the facilities. Easy parking access and steps away from the beach.Carmen's recommendations for the best restaurants were definitely spot on. We took a scenic drive on the 1A to St. Augustine for some fun shopping.I took walks on the beach every day. I liked that there weren't too many people, September vacations are the best. If I had the opportunity to live at this condo, I would jump at the chance.We're back home now -

Anne N.Terrific! Everythig is brand new and beautifully decorated. Beautiful position to se the ocean from three rooms.
We were on the fifth floor facing the ocean ! It was so peaceful and well organized. Everything we needed was right there. We were met by a nice young lady who showed us around to all of the features of the condo. The unit so perfect and so clean we felt like we were the first to stay there after redecorations were made. We will definitely go back to this unit and will tell our friends. Could not have been any better of an experience since the first day i spoke with the owners. They were helpful with all of our needs from the start. I would recommend this location to anyone interested in quality vacation. It was also very secure location and very quiet.

Great Location and amazing views! Recently remodeled condo that was a “home away from home” with all the amenities you could want. The panoramic windows in each bedroom looked right over the ocean in addition to a balcony. Lots of extra perks in the condo building with a rec room, hot tub, pool. Situated on a quieter part of the beach but just seconds to all the action. Had a wonderful visit and can’t wait to come back!
