This is a furnished seasonal rental. Not available for vacation or short term. Available Oct1 thru March 31 2027. The boat lift is 15,000 lb lift with fresh water and 30 amp power. It is set up for catamaran or pontoon boat . Lift adds 600.00 per month to base rate.. to set it up for v hull boat there will be an additional 800.00 charge per rental season . We need 2 weeks notice to change the lift set up. There is a bate freezer and drink refrigerator in storage area.
