This condo accommodates up to 6 (maximum) people with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two comfortable sleeper couches in the living area. The large kitchen is renovated and is complete with every appliance and kitchenware you may need. The 15th floor unit offers miles of beautiful beach and the balcony is accessible from every room. Please book accurate number of guests as all linens (bedding and towels) are provided for number of guests booked.

This condo is on the north side of the building, which provides a better unobstructed direct view of the horizon and the ocean

Note for bookings through Dec of 2024 there is concrete restoration in the building, parts of the building will be closed off and noisy due to ongoing construction, the condo will remain available during this period (except the balcony may not be accessible to guests for their and construction crew safety).

ALSO NOTE Camera outside the Unit allows monitoring accuracy of booking. If the number of guests or ages is not disclosed properly, the booking will be canceled, and an additional fee will apply
