About this rental
Our little piece of paradise is a one bedroom condominium ideal for couples or young families. We are located at 73 Avenida Messina in unit #7 on the ground floor of the Gulf Holiday Apartments. We are 300 ft. from the Gulf of Mexico and about a five minute walk from the village - known for its shops, restaurants and night life. The pool is heated and situated right across from the unit.
The bedroom has a queen sized bed and there is a double bed pull out in the living room couch - ideal for kids. We have a galley kitchen nicely equipped for your needs including cookware, cutlery, dishes, a crockpot, fridge, stove and microwave. The bathroom has a comfortably sized shower with great water pressure (No bathtub). Coin operated washer and dryer are also provided in a shared laundry room in the common area of the building
Our place is quaint, clean and steps away from the best beach in North America! If you're looking to relax and enjoy Siesta Key, this is the right place for you!

Siesta Key Village offers everything one needs for a relaxing vacation - Morton's Grocery Store and multiple restaurants and bars including The Summer House, The Cottage, The Hub, Lobster Pot, Gilligan's and the Daiquiri Deck. There are also many retail stores, rental facilities and the legendary Big Olaf's Ice Cream Shop!
For those looking for activities off the key - Sarasota is a short drive and offers a variety of galleries, theatre, the Mote Aquarium and a personal favorite of ours, the John Ringling Museum!

This location was the best we have ever had , off the beach like 2 minute walk(if that), unit was spotless and so clean and quiet, wonderful clean pool and area, sunsets were the best , out owner were more than helpful , we look forward to staying here many more times!!

This condo was a welcome surprise. Had everything there for your stay, Chairs, wagon, towels and coolers. Clean and the location was the best you could ask for. I cannot wait for my next visit. Mark was such a pleasure to work with.

This will be our third time renting this condo from Mark and Victoria! When we first rented, couldn't believe how close we were to the water and in the other direction, to bars, restaurants and shops! Condo is perfect with all sorts of little touches to help make your stay enjoyable (shell brochures, kitchen necessities, beach items, more!) and has a heated pool to relax by. Other condo renters we met were very pleasant...looking forward to another great vacation...this time doing 2 weeks! So close to everything...you can venture out for the day and be back to watch the daily flag lowering ceremony on the beach at sunset...quite the special ceremony! So much more to say...as Nike says, "Just Do It!"...you wont be sorry!!! Joann and Carl

Eight years we have been visiting Siesta Keys. The last 3 years we have stayed with friends at both of the Lecker's units. Hospitality, condo, location are all top notch, no need to look anywhere else. Mark and Victoria are great to work with..John & Debbie Simmons

What more does one need? Great sleep…morning coffee on the patio…heated pool… steps to miles of powdery beach…free bus service on the island… to eat in or not?…Costco!…10 minutes away and … Wifi!!! Love it! Diane and Derryk

I'am writing this review on this condo that we have been renting from Mr Marc Lecter in Sarasota Florida.i have been renting with my wife for quite a few years now.i rented from Marc, you could not find a more friendly person to rent from and cleanest condo we have ever rented. The condo is always super clean when we arrive and ready to enjoy while we are there. , this is in the Siesta Village everything is close by,Ocean is steps away and heated pool is directly in his front door also walking distance such as restaurants, shopping, entertainment every day. no need for a car really.Everyone who rent's at Golf Holiday Condo's are friendly and you could not ask for a nicer person then Marc to rent from .and his mom also has a condo there and also rents .they are the best .. Marc i want to thanks you for letting us rent your place i never knew that a vacation at your place would be so much fun .see you in November.thank;s again. Ray and Joyce. from Maine.
