Great location! Lots of places to eat, market with everything you'd need, and beach entrance all within blocks. Comfortable living room. Really nice to have a pool around the back, but to be clear it is shared with people staying in the attached single room rentals. Worked out well though, we met and hung out with very nice travelers. Would definitely stay again. Thank you David!

David was an outstanding host! From the moment we booked, he was responsive, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. Starfish was just as described! Great furnishings, wonderful location and beautiful back yard and pool area. David couldn’t have been more accommodating. We had 2 small issues and in both cases he was friendly and prompt with his responses. I would highly recommend the location, with many restaurants to choose from and just 2 short blocks to the beach. The public beach area is quite small and fills up quickly so I would recommend getting there early. Beach equipment at the home was limited in regards to beach chairs, but if you don’t mind using camping chairs, those were plentiful. Sunsets on the beach were beautiful all 3 nights. A short walk south down the beach and you’re at Point of Rocks. Happy hour at the Daiquiri Deck and dinner at Clayton’s didn’t disappoint. Meaney’s Mini Donuts were delicious as a morning treat, as well! Great home, great location and wonderful host! We can’t wait to return! Thank you, David.

Both David and the place are awesome! The unit is super convenient to the beach and restaurants. The pool is amazing. We couldn’t even tell we had neighbors.

David’s place in siesta was so walkable and peaceful! We had everything we needed with two young boys under 10, the mini donuts down the road are awesome! The pool is so wonderful! Would absolutely stay here again :)

Great location for a short stay-walkable to the beach, bars and restaurants. We didn’t realize it was a shared pool with other units- this could have been more clear on the listing. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. We would consider this location again for a short island stay.

Proximity to things was great! Mirror in bathroom was dirty upon arrival. Beach chairs were ancient, rusted and seemed unsafe. We also didn’t realize pool would be unheated. Overall, good.

This place was in a perfect location if you're looking for somewhere you can walk to bars, restaurants, groceries, and the beach. David was always very responsive to our questions and needs, and went out of his way to make us comfortable. The entire home was very clean and updated inside. All the amenities we needed were there. The beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and wagon were a huge benefit for enjoying the beach. The pool area was well kept and clean. The only negative we found was that the public beach area was very small due to the surrounding condos having designated private beach area. We went to the beach on a Sunday afternoon and had problems finding somewhere to set up. Other than that, everything about our stay was amazing.

The accommodations are ideal for 4 - 6 people, great atmosphere outside on poolside or front, close to everything you need. Beach walk is short as described. Easy and fun local street travel services vastly available due to location. Fun all around you.
