This two bedroom(master King bed), second bedroom double bed/ single bed (with pull out trundle) full kitchen, dining, living room and lanai open into living space. Out back you sit on the bay and across the street is number 1 beach in the U.S. Pool heated year round 80 degrees, grill areas and laundry areas. Newly remodeled, new tile and master bath 10/2020 all new furniture also. We have all the supplies you need... beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, even towels!! Just grab some groceries and your swimsuit!! This unit sleeps 6 and only one small pet under 30 pounds.

Unique Benefits

It’s secluded , quit and nice at the condo, but the village is down the road, public beach access across the street!! Trolley goes up and down the street!! Covered parking!!

Why Kids Love It

Drum circle on Sundays, rent the bikes, golf carts, got a pool, ocean, and on the rainy days plenty of board games

Area Information

A great family friendly/ pet friendly property! Over grown greenery keeps it very private and nice. Perfect location for a nice walk to the village.... and always a Johnny to give you a ride back if the daiquiri deck was too much for you! Trolley runs the entire island. So car is optional! I use insta cart for grocery delivery! So if you never want to leave the island life you don’t have too
