Ashley AnjaSuper cute place and a great host, however it is probably more comfortable for only one person to stay there instead of Positive: It’s located in a great location not far from the beach and town. The neighborhood is cute and quiet and the host was extremely nice and helpful. Negative: It was a bit smaller than expected and some things were slightly inconvenient. Only one bike was usable as a tire was broken on the second, the fence broke down during a storm/seemed a little flimsy, and we noticed that moisture seeps through the floor panels into the room when it rains.

Lots of helpful amenities including a great washer dryer combo, cute tiny fridge for drinks and snacks, beach towels, and a wagon with beach chairs and umbrellas. Loved the giant rain shower with an outdoor feel. This was our first tiny house, but it was great! The distance to the beach, Breeze trolley for free transportation on the island, and longer but walkable distance to the village was fantastic! This space is great for a couple traveling fairly light or an individual, the adaptability for a workspace was amazing, too.

We rented this property for 5 nights for 2 people. The property was private via surrounded by a fence,provided bikes for transportation, and had an inviting back yard area with 2 chairs and grill. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the room… the decor was beautiful, the Murphy bed was cozy, and the bathroom/ shower was very clean. The room provided a small frig/ freezer, coffee maker, microwave.. perfect for heating up left overs and breakfast. This property was very clean, appropriately priced, and very close to all siesta key beaches/ restaurants. We will definitely rent it again.

JulieGood for a short stay Positive: Location was great as were the beach gear and bikes! The bed was comfortable. Negative: The cleaning was lacking the floor was dirty and the shower. The shower was a waterfall with no other option but not enough room to use it without turning off the water to wash. The sink was too small to wash face or brush teeth. There was no duvet cover on the duvet and the frame tv wasn’t able to be turned off so it was just bright all night.

SarahThis place was perfect as a solo traveler, it’s small yet still had everything I needed and more, and the best part is it’s very easy and close walk to the beach! Melissa was a great host and provided very detailed and helpful instructions and nearby recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!

BethGreat little place and walking distance to the beach! Positive: Very convenient and very clean. It has a lot of updated amenities. Would highly recommend. Also the shower is awesome! Negative: The only thing I would say is to pack light. There is not a lot of room for luggage.
