KateMy partner and I were just looking for a quick getaway weekend.....we live In the West Palm area so this was just a 3.5hr hike for us. David's property not only matched the description but exceeded our expectations. The villa was super cute, well spaced had beautiful lighting for an open feel. The king bed was was crazy comfortable and you literally can walk to the beach in like 3 minutes. we like staying in places where we can cook a meal because we dont like to eat out all the time so the induction hot plate came in very handy for eggs and other small meals. The villa was super accessible to restaurants as well.....though the parking on the key and can be really competitive.... if you have bikes and the ability to bring them, do it! We barely moved the car throughout our entire stay and mainly got around by bicycles. Great weather. Beautiful sunsets. Could not recommend more! Would definitely stay again.

FranDecent place close to the beach, but discovered there are nicer beach areas on Siesta Key. The beach in this area has large areas of “off limits” roped off private sections which was disappointing. Nice they provided beach chairs but they were broken and rusted .

HellenDavid’s place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location within walking distance to the beach, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Everything was well-kept and easy to settle into right away. The only small suggestion would be to update the shower head in the bathroom, but aside from that, everything else was great. I would definitely stay here again!

SandyWe booked unit 4 at the last minute traveling 2 hrs from a funeral. David was responsive and kind, we were grateful to find a place near the beach. The place was just as described, homey, simply furnished, and comfortable. All the units surround a small pretty pool. We were too tired to use it, but it was all lit up and welcoming. We took a night walk to Crescent Beach and looked at the stars. Lots of people out walking, we felt very safe. Also walked to Lennyz Pizza for carry out, highly recommend! The king bed was very comfortable and there was a soft extra quilt in the closet, we slept so well. The place was very dark at night, I usually bring a nightlight for bathroom runs, but the microwave light was just fine. We were aware from other reviews that the laundry room backed up to this unit, but none of the sounds bothered us. We appreciated having our own spot to park right in front too! Overall we enjoyed this stay and would stay again!
