Both houses are minutes to Port Cananveral where you can dine eating the freshest fish in the world and watch all the cruise ships leave the Port; or minutes to Cocoa Beach Pier where you can dine and view world-famous surfing contests - both human and dog. Why this property? Because of its close location to the Airports and also to all the Disney attractions and who wouldn't love living right on the beach? We are the closest beach to the Orlando Airport - 40 minutes away by Route 528 and minutes to the Port at Cape Canaveral and NASA

This was our first time on a family vacation and this home did not disappoint. Everything we needed was there from laundry detergent, bicycles, hot tub, to grills. We had a family of 13 that stayed a week. It was very comforting and easily accessible to the beach. We would stay again. The owner Sandi was in touch with us the entire time to make sure all was well. Even after we left she still contacted us due to a flashlight one of the family members had left. A very nice home and outside there were small toys and a sandpit for the kids. We definitely enjoyed our time.
