The Greenhouse is a Crystal Beach cottage available for rental in Destin, Florida. The three bedroom, two and a half bath cottage has ten-foot ceilings, granite kitchen countertops, and plenty of room to relax with friends and family in the great room and dining area. The great room has a fireplace, tv and a dvd player. The great room and dining area open up unto a large porch by the private pool. The pool is 12 feet by 24 feet with a spacious patio area around it that is perfect for enjoying the sun and grilling out in a private setting.
Each of the three bedrooms has a TV. One of the bedrooms has a bathroom and shower connected to it. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom and shower. There is also an outdoor shower and bathroom located at the pool house. There is a queen size bed in two of the bedrooms, two twin size beds in the third bedroom, and a queen size sleeper sofa
It is a five-minute walk to the beach and minutes from great shopping, a movie theater, and restaurants at Destin Commons. The Green House is ideal for six, but will sleep eight. It is a five minute drive to two 18 hole golf courses.
Since its construction in 2004, The Greenhouse has remained a like new, well maintained cottage that has been a vacation destination for families from Wisconsin, Indiana, Ohio, Missouri, Louisiana, Mississippi, Kentucky, Texas, Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama. Some families have returned repeatedly to the Greenhouse. The Greenhouse will help make your vacation pleasant and memorable.

About the owner: Owners Austin and Penelope Ramsey completed construction of the Greenhouse in 2004. Austin and Penelope, who have been practicing attorneys in Atlanta, Georgia for over 30 years, had made many vacation trips to the Florida panhandle prior to that time and building the Greenhouse in Destin was the inevitable next step for the Ramsey family. Designed for beach vacations and making memories, its easy walking distance proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shopping makes the Greenhouse remain the place to go for the beach and relaxation.
Why this property? The Greenhouse is set back off of Luke Avenue, so that privacy and quiet are the everyday norm for guests inside the Greenhouse or lounging outside around the pool. The Greenhouse has been a place that families of six or less find ideal for a beach vacation and that is why some families have returned summer after summer.

The Greenhouse was awesome! The house is well kept and in a prime location. We were able to walk to the beach, play all morning, then relax by the pool in the evening. The owner is very nice and made sure that we had everything we needed and even emailed recommendations of things to do and restaurants in the area. Will definitely rent again!
