The three bedroom, two and a half bath cottage has ten-foot ceilings, granite kitchen countertops, and plenty of room to relax with friends and family in the great room and dining area. The great room has a fireplace, tv and a dvd player. The great room and dining area open up unto a large porch by the private pool. The pool is 12 feet by 24 feet with a spacious patio area around it that is perfect for enjoying the sun and grilling out in a private setting.

Each of the three bedrooms has a TV. One of the bedrooms has a bathroom and shower connected to it. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom and shower. There is also an outdoor shower and bathroom located at the pool house. There is a queen size bed in two of the bedrooms, two twin size beds in the third bedroom, and a queen size sleeper sofa

It is a five-minute walk to the beach and minutes from great shopping, a movie theater, and restaurants at Destin Commons. The Green House is ideal for six, but will sleep eight. It is a five minute drive to two 18 hole golf courses.
