Love Crystal Sands

I'm so thankful for the bottom floor condos at this beautiful place, I thought my beach days had ended after knee surgeries because of the walk to the Beach , but now with east access to my chairs we can still enjoy a beach vacation

Comfy Condo

Very comfy condo. Pool 10 feet away from balcony, very convenient for my boys. The beach was also just feet away. Beach service was great. Condo was very clean and homey. Hot showers& Great wifi. The only issue was stomping and sliding chairs overhead since we were on the 1st floor but that’s to be expected. Will be coming again.

Unit was clean, well stocked, comfortable and good location.

The unit we rented was 103b, ground level, nice patio area with excellent views of the beach. From the moment we walked in it was obvious unit was well cleaned and furnished. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cups, glasses, cooking utensils. The unit appeared to have been recently updated with newer, modern appliances. Towels and linens were nice quality and sufficient. Booking this unit was easy and access including parking was convenient. The beach was more crowded than expected for the dates however, the beach service was great. I would highly recommend this unit.

Florida Getaway

The place was great to stay at. We have a family of 5 and it met our sleeping needs. Right in the beach with an outside shower for getting rid of sand. Nice to just get up, sit in the patio and watch the waves rush in. Beaches are clean and family friendly.

Great stay at Destin Beach -- Crystal Sands

This was a wonderful condo. We had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean and very comfortable we will stay again for sure. Owner was very hands on and answered a few questions we had at the beginning.

Great Place

The location was amazing. First floor units are my favorite. The condo was clean and well stocked. The host Tami was easy to do business with and right on top of any issues. The beach was private and quiet this time of year. Loved that the chairs and umbrella were included. We had such a lovely stay that we are booking for next year!

Rental review

The unit was perfect except for the mattress. The owner is aware and this is to be taken care of early fall this year. The condo floors were the cleanest floors of any condo we have ever stayed in. There is also a vacuum and mop in the closet that I used every other day. Tami, the owner was an excellent host and always answered any questions or concerns I had. She above and beyond the standards. The views, the location, and the overall safe feeling of this area can't be beat. We will be staying here again. Hopefully before year end. Excellent!

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved sitting on the patio enjoying the view of the ocean. It was so clean and decorated so nice. Restaurants were close by which made it nice too. We would definitely visit again.

Three day trip

Very clean, perfect location, a beautiful view. We couldn’t get on balcony because of painting the outside of building but was warned of this by owners and they compensated us greatly for the inconvenience.

Best place to stay!

This is our second time staying in Tami’s condo and we will be booking with her again. Beachfront condo with outstanding view! Close to all amenities, and 2 restaurants within walking distance. Our condo was one of the nicest in the building. Tami is “Johnny on the spot” when it comes to any questions or concerns. Stay here and you’ll have an amazing, worry-free vacation.

Must Stay!

Our trip was amazing. We very much enjoyed this rental property and we will definitely be back. The property view is unmatched and we made so many wonderful memories with our little family. Also, the condo is in An amazing location. It is so close to EVERYTHING. You could walk just about anywhere if you wanted to. We cannot wait to come back to this condo. It was so wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about it. We saw dolphins, played all day in the sand/water, shopped and dined at some amazing places. If you’re hesitant about staying here, don’t be! This place is everything you could want. Can’t wait to come back!

Paradise !!

Crystal Sands is amazing - the beautiful condo unit is stellar, and the first floor walk out to the beach is wonderful. Tami is awesome to work with, she is unlike any other owners that we have rented from during our travels. Communication is great and handled all situations very promptly.

Fantastic!!

We absolutely loved crystal Sands. Being so close to the beach and ocean was just amazing. The view from the patio and the beach are just perfect, and so close. It is also 10 or 15 minute walk to many many places. We also appreciated that the condo was completely and fully stocked with anything we possibly wanted or needed to use. We definitely would like to come back. Tami thank you for being so easy to work with!

Girl's Getway

Need the perfect condo for a girlfriend's getaway ? This is the rental. Steps away from the Gulf of Mexico, ideal location in Crystal Beach, first floor, and the condo is marvelous. We spent several days and got the special chance of catching up with each other and hanging out . We talked about if we were lucky enough to have a condo in Destin, this is it. You can cook breakfast and look at the beautiful Gulf ocean. AMAZING !! Tami, the owner, was helpful and a delight to help with any questions. But once you arrive you need nothing but time, good friends, swim suit, and beautiful weather like we had. Thank you Tami for our stay !! We will return next year if not sooner. Wish I owned this Condo!

We have rented Condo's in Destin for the past 20 years, usually 2 1/2 or three months each year. Tamis is by far, the best, most well stocked, clean and comfortable we have been in. You will be able to snap the best sunset pictures possible while enjoying dinner on the deck. When we check, out the only question is, will this be available next year so we can come back and enjoy this again? The only thing better would be to own it, live here six months out of the year and be a resident of Florida. Big thank you to Tami to own this and share with others.

Wonderful Christmas getaway

We were looking for a long weekend getaway prior to Christmas and we wanted something on the beach. This was exactly what we were looking for. Very nice accommodations and a beautiful view!

Great Views!

The location is great if you like to have a great view of the ocean before you go to bed and when you wake up! It is on a quieter end of scenic hwy 98. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. You can walk to a few beachfront restaurants as well. The condo is very nice! Beds very comfy, kitchen and furniture really nice. We generally like be on an upper floor for better views, but you are elevated enough that the view is fantastic! Super convenient being on ground level for unloading car and getting to the beach.

Fantastic condo!!

My husband and I recently visited Destin for our anniversary! The view from this condo was absolutely perfect! Everything was so convenient and easy to access. The beach was just a few steps away, making it very easy to take a cooler, beach chairs, etc. Our favorite eating places were not far either! This condo was so clean and inviting! We can’t wait to visit and stay here again!!

We love this unit!

Refreshing

We’ve stayed in Destin many years. We enjoyed our second condo at SunDestin. We miss the convinence of our normal crystal sands co do with the bunk beds, ground level and having a washer and dryer in the unit , but Sun Destin was a great location and the pool looking out in the beach was wonderful.

Perfect! Amazing!

Condo was very clean, perfect size for a family of 4 or 5. Great area of the beach. Beach chairs are free!! Walk right out of the sliding door onto the walkway to the beach. Parked literally 3 foot from the entry door!!

Bright sunny unit with fabulous view and easy access to beach and pool.

Our building is accessed by the Scenic 98 which is a much less traveled road than Hwy 98. So we enjoyed renting bikes and biking to dinner and lunches along our stretch. The coffee bar at the corner of Matthew and scenic 98 was fun with live outdoor music most afternoons. But the ocean was what we came to enjoy and our unit allowed this with its

Perfect View of the Gulf

The Gulf view is AMAZING! This is our 2nd year at Crystal Sands and working with the owner Tami made the rental process easy. The location is perfect, close to shopping and restaurants (some within walking distance). We will definitely be back!

Fantastic Stay!

This condo is the nicest unit we have stayed in. This was our fifth trip down to Crystal Sands and we had an amazing time! It is the perfect beach front condo, and we liked the fact it is in the middle of Destin so it is equidistant to many shops and restaurants. It is even walking distance to The Crab Trap, so you don't have to drive; just walk down the beach. We highly recommend it and will stay there again! Tammi is also a pleasure to deal with and puts you at ease with everything.

Great View

We stayed during the fourth of July week. Fantastic place, view is amazing and easy access to the beach. A big plus is the condo comes with two chairs and an umbrellas. It's a smaller complex, so even during the fourth of July week, the beach was not over crowded.

We stayed at Crystal Sands in August 2018. We loved this condo. We had everything we needed inside. Washer/dryer and cooking utensils. Great pet-friendly beach condo with a beautiful view.

Crystal Sands Gulf Front on the first floor was perfect for us. The view of the beach was wonderful, the beach was only steps away. The beach set-up provided was so convenient. It was quiet and we had all we needed to stay for the week. Tami, the owner was wonderful to work with and fully understood our needs. We are going back this summer and can't wait.
