This ground floor, non-smoking unit walks out to a private tiled patio and boardwalk to the beach. Sit on your patio, have breakfast and watch the dolphins frolic in the waves.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and Smart TV with VCR and DVD player. Crews quarters "(2 bunks) in the hall and sofa bed allow for sleeping for six. There are two bathrooms, a jetted tub and washer and dryer.
The living room has new furniture, flat screen TV with surround sound, DVD and stereo. There is a dining table, breakfast bar area and a fully equipped NEWLY REMODELED kitchen to prepare your culinary delights!
In the morning, take a quiet walk along the beach during sunrise. Later, build a sand castle with the prettiest, white sand you have ever seen.
Shopping is very near by. Destin Commons is almost within walking distance. Also, a waterpark, mini golf, movie theater, fishing, golf and many fabulous restaurants are very close. You can dine at a restaurant on the water or catch your own seafood on a deep sea fishing excursion and have it grilled for you or grill it at home!
After dinner, take a swim in the pool or a quiet walk on the beach in the moonlight. This is paradise by the sea!

About the owner: We love Florida and we when saw the beautiful beaches of Destin we were hooked. Actually we bought the property before we even had visited Destin! We heard it was nice there so put money down before it was built and off we went on a road trip!
Why this property? It is centrally located in Destin. Crystal Beach is a very beautiful beach. It is not on the main drag so it is very quiet. The low rise condo is very relaxing with not a lot of commotion. The first floor unit is very convenient. You can park right outside your door!

The place was great to stay at. We have a family of 5 and it met our sleeping needs. Right in the beach with an outside shower for getting rid of sand. Nice to just get up, sit in the patio and watch the waves rush in. Beaches are clean and family friendly.

The unit was perfect except for the mattress. The owner is aware and this is to be taken care of early fall this year. The condo floors were the cleanest floors of any condo we have ever stayed in. There is also a vacuum and mop in the closet that I used every other day. Tami, the owner was an excellent host and always answered any questions or concerns I had. She above and beyond the standards. The views, the location, and the overall safe feeling of this area can't be beat. We will be staying here again. Hopefully before year end. Need the perfect condo for a girlfriend's getaway ? This is the rental. Steps away from the Gulf of Mexico, ideal location in Crystal Beach, first floor, and the condo is marvelous. We spent several days and got the special chance of catching up with each other and hanging out . We talked about if we were lucky enough to have a condo in Destin, this is it. You can cook breakfast and look at the beautiful Gulf ocean. AMAZING !! Tami, the owner, was helpful and a delight to help with any questions. We have rented Condo's in Destin for the past 20 years, usually 2 1/2 or three months each year. Tamis is by far, the best, most well stocked, clean and comfortable we have been in. You will be able to snap the best sunset pictures possible while enjoying dinner on the deck. When we check, out the only question is, will this be available next year so we can come back and enjoy this again? The only thing better would be to own it, live here six months out of the year and be a resident of Florida. Big thank you to Tami to own this and share with others.

The location is great if you like to have a great view of the ocean before you go to bed and when you wake up! It is on a quieter end of scenic hwy 98. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. You can walk to a few beachfront restaurants as well. The condo is very nice! Beds very comfy, kitchen and furniture really nice. We generally like be on an upper floor for better views, but you are elevated enough that the view is fantastic! Super convenient being on ground level for unloading car and getting to the beach.

We’ve stayed in Destin many years. We enjoyed our second condo at SunDestin. We miss the convinence of our normal crystal sands co do with the bunk beds, ground level and having a washer and dryer in the unit , but Sun Destin was a great location and the pool looking out in the beach was wonderful.

Our building is accessed by the Scenic 98 which is a much less traveled road than Hwy 98. So we enjoyed renting bikes and biking to dinner and lunches along our stretch. This condo is the nicest unit we have stayed in. This was our fifth trip down to Crystal Sands and we had an amazing time! It is the perfect beach front condo, and we liked the fact it is in the middle of Destin so it is equidistant to many shops and restaurants. It is even walking distance to The Crab Trap, so you don't have to drive; just walk down the beach. We highly recommend it and will stay there again! Tammi is also a pleasure to deal with and puts you at ease with everything.

We stayed during the fourth of July week. Fantastic place, view is amazing and easy access to the beach. A big plus is the condo comes with two chairs and an umbrellas. It's a smaller complex, so even during the fourth of July week, the beach was not over crowded.

Crystal Sands Gulf Front on the first floor was perfect for us. The view of the beach was wonderful, the beach was only steps away. The beach set-up provided was so convenient.
