The Inn at Crystal Beach is a luxury condominium situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico. This exquisite upscale property offers large, stylishly furnished 2-7 bedroom condominiums boasting fully equipped kitchens, master baths with whirlpool tubs, and breathtaking views from every balcony or patio.
The Inn features a 24-hour front desk; state of the art Fitness Studio; Business Center with a computer, fax and copier; and Gulf-Front Pool, Hot Tub, and BBQ grilling areas astride a large airy sundeck. The Inn is also home to 790 on the Gulf, a casual fine dining restaurant & bar offering sunset cocktails, a great happy hour and magnificent indoor/outdoor gulf front dining.
Other amenities include underground parking, daily beach service, wireless internet, and meeting room facilities.
Unit 508 is a 5-bedroom/4-bath, 2,803 square foot lockout condominium with a maximum occupancy of 18. There are two master bedrooms both with king size beds.
The master bathrooms have whirlpool tubs. The third bedroom has a king size bed, the fourth bedroom has a queen size bed and twin bunk beds, and the fifth bedroom has a King size bed. Each modular couch makes into a "bed" that sleeps 2 and there are two twin size pullout ottoman beds.
The unit is equipped with two fully furnished kitchens and living rooms. There are 7 TV’s, 5 VCR’s, and 2 stereos with CD and surround sound, 2 DVD players, and 2 washer/dryer units. This five bedroom unit also comes with 3 sets of complimentary beach service set ups.
An additional $300 refundable security deposit is required when booking this unit. This unit requires a minimum 7-night stay during peak summer and summer seasons and 3 nights all other times.

The Inn has a lovely Veranda with tables, chairs and umbrellas overlooking the gulf --the perfect spot for Lunch, Dinner, Sunday Brunch or Happy Hour while watching the sunset. Most evenings there is a guitarist --the perfect end to a perfect day by the sea!
3 Complimentary Beach setups come with this unit--that is 6 chairs and 3 umbrellas!
Why Kids Love It
The beach is spectacular--very wide and very long. We have lots of beach toys for the kids. We have a 3D television in the living rooms and you can request movies for the kiddies to watch.

About the owner: We are a family of 4 from Marietta, Georgia. We fell in love with the Gulf Coast and had always dreamed of owning. We took the plunge in 2008 with our first condo and then in 2010 bought this unit. We take great pride in our units and try and offer the best to our renters!
Why this property? We love the Inn. It's in a beautiful, quiet location. It has a gorgeous stretch of beach...very wide and long! The Inn offers a wonderful restaurant and bar on premise and a huge veranda overlooking the Gulf. Truly the best place to experience a sunset happy hour! The building is very easy to get around and it is convenient to have 24 hour front desk. Fitness room, pool, office with computer...this building has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Located central to all the places you will want to visit...the Harbor, Sandestin and 30A.

A very serviceable unit. Right on the beach. Lovely views. The patio leaves abit to be desired. But it was a very kid friendly nice unit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

The facility is great and so was the beach location!!! Our condo had been recently updated and was obviously well cared for. The room was located right at the elevators; next time I would probably opt for a location at the end of a hallway. Our beach waitress Amanda was excellent. Nothing better than being spoiled with delivered drinks and tasty lunches while enjoying the water and sunshine. John the beach chair manager was a wonderful ambassador for the facility. His employee Duante made a great hit with our 7 year old grandson by giving him surf lessons—even brought him a bracket right before check out—he’ll never forget his experience. Now he’s decided he wants to be a surfer when he grows up!! We’ll be back!!!
