Please note that we charge $0.20 / kwh for the electricity used during your stay, with an average consumption of $20.00/day.

Please also note that there is a minimum age requirement of 25 years and the renter must be present during the entire stay. We strictly enforce this policy and require a valid Driver's License and/or State ID for all bookings. Any guests under the age of 25 will not be allowed to book a reservation.

We regret to inform you that this property is NOT pet friendly. If we find an unauthorized pet on the premises, the renter will be asked to remove the pet immediately and will be charged a Non-Refundable fee of $500 (in some cases, up to $1,000).

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the villa. If any signs of smoking are found, the renter agrees to pay $300.00.

We provide our guests with some basic consumables such as 2 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, 1 garbage bag in each garbage can plus 2 extra, 1 kitchen paper roll, some detergent and 2 dishwasher tabs. However, guests are responsible for their own additional supplies. Please note that we do not provide a full propane tank for the grill.

We highly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance for their trip.

In addition to our cancellation policy, please be aware that there is a processing fee of $100.00 for all cancellations. This amount will be deducted from the deposit that was paid.
