Enjoy your vacation in this beautiful waterfront pool home with 3 beds & 2 baths located in the burnt store area NW Cape Coral with canal access to the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy stunning water-views with many mature palms and beautiful, lush landscape. The perfect place to create memories you will treasure for a lifetime. Cape Coral is a boater’s paradise with miles of waters ways and canals to enjoy and explore. Very short boat ride to Matlacha Pass that leads out to the the Gulf of Mexico
Spacious boat dock offers seating – the perfect place to enjoy the evening sunset right next to the water, just sit back and enjoy your favorite cocktail at the end of another beautiful day in paradise. Also a great area for manatee watching or fishing right off the dock (fishing poles are available for your use).
The expansive dock runs the entire length of the seawall (85 ft). (Ian destroyed our Tiki Hut, we are waiting for a new one to be installed)
2 Kayaks with life vest and 2 bikes are available for your use during your stay at your own risk.
Bring your own boat or don't miss the opportunity to rent a boat for a few days. Explore by boat the tropical islands of Matlacha, Pine Island, Sanibel, Captiva, Cayo Costa, Boca Grande and Fort Myers Beach. For your convenience two boat launches are within minutes of the home.
Huge 4 panel window/sliders in the living room can be fully opened and transform the living area into an extended terrace. Plenty of outdoor seating for all of your family and friends around the paver lanai for eating and relaxing. 1300 + SQ FT additional outdoor living area.
The lanai offers a breathtaking heated pool surrounded by various tropical palm trees. The shaded seating area located directly next to pool comes with gas powered outdoor grill as well as an outdoor WiFi TV and bluetooth stereo sound system. Relax by the gas fire table in the evening (Ian destroyed our screen enclosure, we are waiting for a new one to be installed)
The open and modern kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cooking utensils to prepare any meal. Pots and pans, dishes, toaster, blender, coffee pot and microwave. Granite countertops with tons of space. There is a dining table that is right next to a huge panoramic window that offers a breathtaking view over the pool and the canal as well as counter bar height seating available.
The family room offers a spacious living area with TV and DVD to stream your own services with free high speed wireless internet. A bluetooth stereo and sound system round off the entertainment package
Master bedroom with direct access to the pool lanai area and king size bed. The master bath has a jetted bathtub, a spacious shower and his and hers vanities. Walk in closets. WiFi TV in room.
Junior bedroom and guest bedroom each have a queen size bed. The junior bedroom shares a bathroom with 2 sinks and tub/shower with the guest bedroom. WiFi TVs in all bedrooms. The house offers split floor plan with 3 bedrooms for up to 6 guests.
For all beach lovers head to the powder white sand beaches of the gulf. Beach towels, cooler, beach chairs and beach umbrella are available for your use
If your interest is fishing then Matlacha Pass, Pine Island Sound, and the other surrounding waterways are known to offer some of Florida’s richest fishing grounds. You can hire guided trips for inshore fishing, rent a kayak, or take the water taxi from nearby Pineland marina across to the beautiful off-shore islands of Cabbage Key and North Captiva Island.
Put yourself on Island time - Matlacha (only a 7 minute drive) is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life with its old Florida Charm. Try the 'fishingest bridge in the world'. Tour the arts and crafts shops and catch local artists at work. This tiny Technicolor village is reminiscent of Key West in the 50's. Fresh seafood right off the boat. Several excellent restaurants/bars.
A/C and ceiling fans are a must in Florida and we have that covered with fans in all rooms as well as central A/C. This home features tile floors throughout. One level living. Open the front entrance lanai and let the breeze blow through.

About the owner: We have always wanted a Florida vacation home on the canal waterways in Cape Coral and we finally found the perfect location and perfect home. We loved it the minute we walked through that front door and could see the wonderful view of the water. We looked at many properties but as soon as we walked into this house, we knew this was the place for us. This a great place to escape from our cold Minnesota winters. We enjoy spending time here and hope you do too. Come relax and enjoy the water view and warm Florida sun.
The location is great - easy and quick access to the gulf and many islands to explore.

Why this property? Direct, quick access to the open water was another reason we choose this location. We can reach many areas quickly by boat that are lengthy or restricted otherwise. From this house we can access all directions to find interesting things to do. The location is central to a wide variety of activities and multiple pristine white sand beaches.
Close to many fun actives and great restaurants. The yard is filled with mature palm trees giving the home a very tropical vacation vibe.

This house has all of the basic and necessary supplies for a relaxing vacation. Our children enjoyed using the available fishing poles and pool toys during our stay. They also enjoyed seeing a manatee come through the canal too. We did a boat rental during our stay and enjoyed the close proximity to the gulf with spending minimal time navigating the canals on our way in/out. The property came well equipped with supplies for our time on the beach including coolers, beach chairs and sand toys. Informational only-the property did not have a pool cage or tiki hut as depicted in the pictures (due to the recent hurricane). This was not an issue for us as we enjoyed the extra sunshine while at the pool and on the dock. We would definitely rent this property again.

This place exceeded our expectations. They have everything you need. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything chef would need! Owners were very responsive with questions. Great location, quiet, safe neighborhood that we walked daily and very friendly and helpful neighbors. The beautiful lanai and pool area was where we spent most of our time, from meal time, watching sports on the TV and late night games. We can’t wait to go back!!

We planned an ad hoc Easter vacation to this amazing home and it couldn’t have been more perfect!!! Tom & Stacy we’re far more than accommodating in our request!Everything we needed was offered & more to make our holiday complete. From the paddle boards, to pontoon, to nearby parks & amazing restaurants we truly enjoyed our stay. Each room of the house is fully furnished making the kids stay even more enjoyable!We took advantage of the full sized grill & enjoyed our meals outside watching sunrise/sunsets while listening to the animals nearby. Seeing dolphins, manatees, stingrays and fish made the kids wanting more each day!The heated pool was more than delightful as we swam late into the evenings and enjoyed the large screen tv watching family movies!!This home is located to so many attractions including CC Beach, the best waterpark, mini golfing and even several ice cream shops! We will definitely be back to see more and enjoy this beautiful home!!!Thank you Tom & Stacy!!!!

We booked a last minute flight to spend our Easter here and it was AMAZING! Tom & Stacy were more than accommodating with our last minute plans. The home is fully stocked with everything you need from the kitchen to spacious bedrooms to private bathrooms. The view is breathtaking as you walk in and see the glass patio doors that open completely up to the lanai!!!We enjoyed being able to grill out & enjoy the tiki hut for all our meals. There is a large screen TV where we watched some late night movies while swimming in the heated pool. They also have an amazing surround sound system allowing you to hear music both inside & outside the home. This made it so much fun as you heard music in every room of the house!! We really danced a lot!A few of our favorites were being able to paddle board on the canal, the pontoon rides seeing stingrays, manatees, dolphins! We also enjoyed the sunrise/sunsets views that completed our paradise Easter vacation!Location is key - it is close to many restaurant's, ice cream shops, mini golfing, water parks and beaches! This home made our mini family vacation a trip we will never forget!! We will be back soon!!!!

We had a great time in Cape Coral. The house was beautiful, spacious and well stocked with everything we could have needed. Pool is heated and over looking the dock and intercoastal water. We saw many manatee, fish and dolphins. Great view of the sun rise and sunset. Fishing poles available for fishing right off the dock. Kayaks and bikes also available. Location was awesome, quick drive to Pine Island restaurants, shops and bars, with an old Florida vibe. We will definitely visit again.

Tom & Stacy house was conveniently located near shops and restaurants.Plenty of room for family ,and friends with 3 bedrooms two baths. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and anything you would want to cook up.The pool area was nice and shaded for those hot sunny days.Outdoor wet bar with a grill, fishing off the dock and as we didn't see any Manatee the neighbors were always quick to tell us lots of information on the waterways.Lovely and relaxing. This beautiful home on the canal is easy access to many hot spots including Matlacha Island, Cabbage Caye and gulf coast access by boat and fun breweries and nightlife just a short drive. We caught fish from the dock, spent evenings enjoying the lanai and the beautiful sunsets. The house is fully furnished with everything you need, linens, beach towels, laundry, even fishing poles. We enjoyed nearby restaurants and the grocery store is close too. We cooked at home and ate out on the lanai. Played games, listened to music and laughed into the wee hours.A memorable stay at a beautiful oasis - we will definitely be back!
