The villa accommodates up to 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and a spacious en suite bathroom with double vanity, a ground-level shower, and a bathtub. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom includes two single beds. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for all guests.
The bright and modern living area is designed for relaxed evenings, whether you are watching TV or spending time with family and friends. Large sliding doors connect the indoor space to the west-facing covered terrace, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living.
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals with ease. A spacious kitchen bar provides a convenient spot for breakfast or a quick snack, while the adjacent dining area is ideal for shared meals.
The outdoor area is designed for relaxation and enjoying the Florida climate. The west-facing pool area allows you to take in beautiful sunsets, while the heated saltwater pool and hot tub can be warmed by both solar and electric heating. Comfortable sun loungers invite you to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. A gas grill is available on the covered terrace for outdoor dining.
The private dock offers a great spot to enjoy the waterfront setting or to moor a boat. Please note that the boat lift is not available for use. Several excellent golf courses are located within a short drive, making this villa a great choice for golf enthusiasts.
