Welcome to the New House On York! Our first 30 stays will receive a special welcome bag upon arrival! Have so much fun with your group and make lots of memories in this newly built, spacious and beautiful home that is close to restaurants, the yacht club and so much more! The home is a vacation itself with many fun things to offer, heated pool & spa, games, bikes & more! There are 3 King Suites and 2 bunkrooms with triple bunks, for a total of 9 beds (12 people) plus we have convertible furniture for additional sleepers, if needed. 9 chairs fold out into sleepers, 3 twin size (39.37" W x 74.80" L) and 3 almost twin size (80"long x 30" wide)!
Be one of the first to stay in this newly built, beautiful home on a canal that leads to the gulf! Heated pool and spa, outdoor kitchen, fully equipped indoor kitchen, board games and a variety of entertainment are found throughout the home. High speed internet and dedicated work space make it easy for anyone who needs to work while away. Close to so many things to do and eat (and there is no shortage, just check out our welcome book when you check-in!), lots of sleeping and sitting space make this home ideal for a great getaway. Many amenities are included to make your stay even easier! No additional electric charges or pool heating charges. The salt water pool has 7 loungers, a kids picnic table, an 8 seat table and chairs, a ring toss game, a volleyball net w/beach ball and floats available for use.
Cape Coral is next door to Fort Myers and Sanibel Island and is known as a "water wonderland" because it has roughly 400 miles of canals, more than half of those are salt water and the rest are freshwater! We're on a salt water canal that leads to the Gulf!
Once you have a booking with us, we will provide you with a welcome letter and a welcome book! Our Welcome book is a wealth of information on things to do, see, eat and the like! There is so much to do and see in and around us!
Guests will provide a 4-6 digit code of their choosing to access the home.
We are available and here to help if the need arises. We do sleep at night so we can't offer 24hr service ;) anytime between 8a-10pm EST we should be reachable.

Valerie A.Perfect getaway!
My family of 5 flew in and met up with my brother and his family of 5 for a three-night getaway. It was absolutely PERFECT. The home was beautiful, spacious enough for all 10 of us, and had so many amenities that the six kids loved! They pretty much lived in the pool, but the games on the wall, ping pong in the garage and hook game outside made for the best time just spending time with each other. Jackie was a communicative and gracious host, and we will definitely stay there again if in the area!

RalphCouldn’t have asked for more…very roomy, and well equipped. Plenty of room for large groups both inside and outside. Lots of games and activities to keep everyone entertained. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were very clean and nicely equipped with great showers and the Master soaker tub. Hot tub and pool got a lot of use from early morning to late night. I am hoping to return again because the house was very relaxing and Jackie wanted to make sure that the house met our expectations. Thanks again Jackie!!!!

AshleyOur group can’t say enough great things about this place! It was perfect for our families traveling together; 3 master (king) beds, each with their own bathroom and bunk rooms for kids. There was so much to do at the house that we could have never left but yet close to many activities, we wanted to go explore! The pool and spa were wonderful plus we put the kayaks to good use. The local beach and The Boathouse are a must! The house had all the amenities listed so no need to pack extra when staying here. The host, Jackie, was very responsive, welcoming, and gave great recommendations; she genuinely wanted us to have the best time! We will definitely be back!

FallanneJackie is an extremely pleasant and communicative host! She was always quick to respond and very helpful. The house is even better than the pictures! It was perfect for 2 families with 5 combined kids to have their own space. The kitchen and living area were the perfect place to mingle and play games. We loved how the couch was big enough for all of us! The pool and hot tub were the highlight of our trip. Would highly recommend!

NatalieOur gracious host, Jackie, provided all the information we needed for easy check in. The house was an absolute gem for families.The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen was beautiful and well equipped. The comfortable beds ensured restful nights, and the bathrooms were pristine. Great for kids as well, with gaming systems and plenty of board games. It was evident that Jackie put considerable effort into making this place family-friendly.The layout of the house was conducive to a comfortable stay for two families, ensuring that we both had our privacy if needed.The pool area was a highlight for both kids and adults! The sparkling pool was the heart of our stay. Whether it was a refreshing morning swim or a relaxing evening dip in the spa, the pool area was our go-to spot.Jackie went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. She even arranged a thoughtful NYE package to be delivered! We would gladly return!

LisaPerfect family gathering home with LOTS to do! Positive: Beautiful home & furnishings, every amenity you could want. Owner very responsive to questions. Great set up for this Grandma & 2 grown kids with their families with 3 master bedrooms. Even puddle jumpers for the 2year old in the pool. Huge comfy couch for evening family movie time. Cards & other games, party pub bike! Walked to beach & adjacent tiki type restaurant, nearby parks with playgrounds & walking trails. SO nice! Negative: When we had to leave
