Set on a spacious tropical property surrounded by palm trees and mature landscaping, the villa offers a relaxed yet refined atmosphere. Thoughtfully designed interiors with a harmonious mix of soft tones, warm wood elements, and high-quality furnishings create a setting that feels both elegant and inviting.

The villa accommodates up to 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, along with an additional den that can be used as an office or quiet retreat.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and offers direct views of the pool. A 67-inch smart TV and a spacious en suite bathroom with double vanity, bathtub, and a light-filled shower create a private and comfortable retreat.

The two guest bedrooms are each equipped with queen-size beds and smart TVs. They are connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with separate sinks and a shared shower and toilet. An additional guest bathroom provides further convenience.

At the center of the home is the open-concept kitchen and living area, designed for both everyday comfort and entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen features modern, high-end appliances, including a large American-style refrigerator, a fully automatic coffee machine, and additional small appliances for added convenience.

The living area is designed for relaxation and entertainment, offering a PlayStation, sound system, and a selection of games for all ages.

The outdoor area offers a true Florida experience. The spacious pool deck features an electrically heated pool, surrounded by comfortable seating areas, sun loungers, and multiple entertainment options, including outdoor TVs and poolside speakers. A fully equipped outdoor kitchen with gas grill provides the perfect setting for relaxed evenings and shared meals.

The screened lanai ensures comfort throughout the day, while the view over the wide canal adds to the peaceful and open atmosphere.

A standout feature of this villa is the private fitness studio located in the garage. It is fully equipped with a treadmill, rowing machine, weight bench, free weights, and additional training equipment, allowing you to stay active throughout your stay.
