Unattended Minors Policy

Children under the age of 18 may not be left unattended at the property at any time.
A responsible adult (18+) must remain on the premises with any minor guests. Leaving children or minors alone in the home, pool area, or anywhere on the property is strictly prohibited.

This policy is in place for safety and liability reasons, particularly due to the presence of a swimming pool and waterfront access.

Failure to comply may result in:

Immediate termination of the reservation

Removal from the property without refund

Additional liability for any damages or incidents
