This spacious three bedroom three bath is located on the 17th floor of the west tower. The unit has a very large balcony that looks out directly over the gulf of Mexico and the coastline to the west. The master bedroom with a king size bed and master bath have gulf views while the 2 guest bedrooms look toward the Intracoastal. The guest bedrooms are very large and both include 2 queen size beds.
NOTE: All 5 night rentals must be between Saturday & Saturday or Sunday & Sunday.

David E.Excellent Beach Condo - totally AWESOME!
Our family (Grandparents, Children, and Grands) has vacationed in Florida for quite some time now, but we have never stayed in a High-Rise. Shall we say that Beach Colony Resort set the "bar" very high for our future visits? As a matter of fact, we are already prepping for our stay with Beach Colony for next year! The closeness of the beach coupled with the view (AMAZING!!) totally spoiled every member of our family. Throw in the relationships that we developed with fellow "Colony Guests", and our stay was in a word: Spectacular!The condo was beautiful, well maintained, contained all the benefits of home, well laid out, and most of all comfortable! Beach Colony takes pride in their upkeep, as was evidenced by the ongoing painting and window cleaning that we observed. Some might mark these activities down as "detriments", but our family saw these as positive, since we will be able to enjoy their benefits on our subsequent visits!!Linda Kelson was nothing short of wonderful to work with, and we look forward to working with her again next year! Thanks, Linda!!!
