The stunning views of the Gulf and Sound from the balcony and 3 minute walk to the beach is sure to please the whole family. Community pool, bike path and restaurants within walking distance. This home offers a primary bedroom with full bath, sitting area and TV. Adjacent to the room is a second full bath wtih bunk area for 2 to sleep. Living area is open to kitchen, dining and walk out access to balcony with stunning views of the Gulf and Sound. Living area offers additional queen sofa sleeper, addition seating and dining area. Kitchen is fully equipped with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and fully stocked for all your cooking needs. In addition, we have added a game system that is perfect for the whole family with unlimited play time.
You will enjoy access to the pool with bathroom facilities and table settings for the family. Adjacent is a grill area for outside cooking. A few more steps away is the guest access for the beach with concierge service, if selected. If selected, you will have one day access to the lazy river within steps from the home.

About the owner: Hi everyone, Scott and I are avid travelers who relocated to this hidden gem, Navarre Beach. Both of us have committed to the experience our guests will have due to the attention to detail we seek when reserving a home. We are seasoned grandparents who attempt to provide excitement for the young at heart. We are located within 5 miles of the home and are available for all your vacation needs.
Why this property? Our home is surrounded by two bodies of water, Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico with multiple paths to their beaches. All within a a few steps are biking/walking paths that go on for miles, 4 restaurants, coffee shop, bike/scooter rental, gift shop, fishing pier and boat ramps.
