The master bathroom features his and her sinks,a tub, and a large tiled shower. The 2nd bedroom has king bed, a huge flatscreen, two closets, and it's own entrance to the main bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has queen and twin beds,two closets, a large flat screen, and it's own full bathroom.  The living room sofa is a queen sleeper sofa.   

As mentioned earlier, you will be impressed by the outdoor space as well. It has a balcony right off of the main living room, a balcony off the master bedroom, and a patio down below. It also has its own private garage that opens up from the parking lot and also opens to face the gulf. This makes it easy to come off of the beach and toss all of the sandy toys and chairs right in to the garage.  Owners of this unit have provided Beach chairs and Umbrellas for guests to use on Navarre Beach!

This town home is located in the complex at Beach View which is one of the few town homes on Navarre beach to have a pool and tennis courts. It is also is a low density complex that is about a 1/2 mile down from the main area of Navarre Beach, away from the high rise condos.

Pets are only allowed if the unit has advertised as such and the non-refundable $200.00 pet fee per pet has been applied in the rental agreement. ** Beach Baby is Pet friendly with approval - non shedding dogs only $200 pet fee / per pet does apply ** Limit 2 Pets - must be friendly non-aggressive. Pets that leave excessive cleaning needs will be charged extra cleaning fees. If any pet is discovered on any property without prior authorization or notification the penalty is a $500.00 charge per pet for extra clean up and flea treatment.
