Beautifully updated with new paint, carpet, furniture, bedding, tv's and more! You will feel right at home in this 1100 s.f., 3rd floor unit, 3 bed/2 bath condo. It sits right on the sandy beaches of the Santa Rosa Sound with easy beach access to the Emerald Gulf Coast being only a 5-minute walk away. You will experience sunrises and sunsets over the Sound and Gulf from the balcony that can be accessed from the living area and the Master Bedroom. The Master bedroom has a comfy Queen size bed that you can see the ocean from while still lying-in bed. It has a private bathroom, walk-in closet, dresser for extra storage and a Roku TV w/cable and streaming capabilities. The Hall Guest Bedroom also has a comfy Queen bed w/large closet, tv and the bathroom is just steps away. The Kid's Room is decorated in the yellow and blues of the Navy's Blue Angels and many photographs from their flights here in the area. It has 2 Twin memory foam mattresses, large closet, dresser, Roku TV w/cable and streaming capabilities such as Disney+. The Sunshine yellow shared bathroom is just to the right. Plenty big enough to share, ample storage, towel dry hooks and lots of natural light. The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer, so you won't need to pack so much. Also, in laundry you will find beach towels, iron, ironing board, mop, broom and vacuum to help with your clean ups. The kitchen is fully stocked for everything you might need to cook an easy meal such as a crockpot, waffle maker, toaster, mixer and coffee pot. The kitchen has a dine-in bar that seats 3 and directly across from it is a bar height dining table that seats an additional 3 people. Also, a highchair and pack-n-play are provided. The living room has a large cozy sofa sleeper (linens available), 2 modern chairs that will hug your body after a fun day at the beach, TV/DVD player, along with many games and books to choose from. You can take your morning coffee, afternoon tea or evening cocktail right off the living room onto the balcony and watch the calming waters of the Sound and the beautiful Navarre skies.
We furnish a 'Starter' kit of (1) toilet paper roll per bath, (1) paper towel roll (1) trash bag, (1) dishwasher pod, dish soap, (1) washer pod, dryer sheets, travel size shampoo, conditioner and lotion per bath.
You can walk directly across the street and have dinner or a drink at The Beachcomber at the Springhill Suites, walk 10-15 minutes either south to The Windjammer for food, drinks or live entertainment at the Navarre Pier (largest on the gulf), or north to Juana Pagoda's Sailor's Grill for food, drinks, dancing, live entertainment, volleyball, kayak and wave runner rentals and more. You can take the beautiful scenic drive west through the Gulf Shores National Beach area to Pensacola Beach to eat at several restaurants...almost too many to choose from. Also, within a 5-minute walk to The Beach Shoppe, you can rent bicycles to ride on the large sidewalks, rent a scooter, check out flyers of many activities in the area or do a little souvenir shopping. Navarre is centrally located between Pensacola and Destin, so whatever you might think of is possible.

We provide four (4) folding beach chairs, 6 beach towels and a beach wagon available in the unit for your convenience. There is a nice size pool Not heated) with a bath house that you and your family can relax at if you tire of the beaches. There are community grills you can cook out on behind bldg #7 on the property. You will be offered 2 parking spaces, but NO trailer, boat or RV parking is allowed. There are NO elevators at this complex and we are a 3rd floor unit, so guest must be able to climb stairs.

We REQUIRE a (3) night minimum stay to book. Required payment of one half (1/2) of your booking total is due to secure your dates. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. We have a 100% refund within 60 days, 50% refund within 30 days. Cancellations within 2 weeks no refund (nightly stay cost). You will be given an opportunity to reschedule, and all fees paid credited towards new booking dates. We accept Venmo, PayPal and Checks.
* Absolutely NO Pets, Smoking, Parties or Events. There will be a $250 fee if smoking or pets are found. Guest who books must be at least 25 yrs of age. Occupancy Limit 6 people. If more guests are found it will result in immediate removal with no refunds. If property is found to be needing excessive cleaning, then there will be a $100 fee.

The best thing about this property is that it has access to beaches on the Santa Rosa Sound and the Emerald Gulf Coast. The Sound waters are always calm for small swimmers or those who like to wade out. Just a short 5-minute walk you are on the Emerald Gulf Coast beaches if you prefer gulf views. But why choose?? Take advantage of visiting both beaches during your stay. The balcony also offers views of both sides of the island, the Sound and the Gulf.

Why Kids Love It

The kids will love the shallow, calm beaches on the Santa Rosa Sound. The swimming pool is a short walk and what parents may like about the pool is it has several shady areas to shield the littles from sun or even Mom and Dad can get a break from the sun. Directly in front of the property is a sidewalk that runs to the east and west, the length of the island. Take a beautiful sunset walk or rent bikes nearby and take a family sightseeing. There is a Turtle Conservatory on the east end of the island where the kids can see and touch marine life. Walking the Navarre Pier (Longest Pier on the Gulf) you can watch fish being reeled in, fish yourself or watch dolphins, stingrays, turtles and more swim the gulf waters.

Area Information

Navarre Island is secluded from the hectic areas you have in other places such as Destin BUT they are also close enough you can visit Destin or Pensacola Beach for the day. It's the best of both worlds. The island offers 4 restaurants/bars, sidewalks for easy walking access, live entertainment, kayak/wave runner/bike/
scooter rentals, church on the beach and more. Just across the bridge you have several restaurants/bars, shopping, zoo, golf and much more. The island is home to the longest pier on the gulf. Watch fishermen, do some fishing yourself or just take in the sights of dolphins, turtles and more swim in the gulf. The beaches on Navarre are impeccable and beautiful, some of the best beaches in America.

We love The Beachcomber that is right across the street at the Marriott. If you'd like a quick snack or tropical drink with an ocean view visit The Windjammer at the Navarre Pier or Juana Pagoda's near the bridge. We have favorites that are right across the bridge on hwy 98 such as, Dewey Destin's, Johnny Huston's, Stripes Bar and Grill, East Bay Crab House, TC's Front Porch, JJ Chago's, Bistro 98, Dave's Oyster's and many fast food places. Not far off 98, head north on Hwy 87 to Scooter's Fish House, Ye Ole Brother's BBQ and more and Where Ya'll At Seafood and More. That's just a few because there are too many to name.

Inside Scoop

Take the road right outside the complex and head west through the Gulf Island National Seashore Park to view the beautiful Emerald Coast waters and the white sand dunes. It is a nesting area for sea turtles, birds and more. Continue west and within 25 minutes or less you be at Pensacola Beach, to take in their lovely beaches and many restaurants to explore for you foodies. You may get a glimpse of the amazing Navy-Blue Angels flying overhead!
